Prices are miserably high; the rooms should be more equipped. I would recommend ambassador hotel inn instead if youve got a bit more cash to spend.

Place wasnt bad but they stole my charger and dads chadr. I left it in the closet and they never found it lol. Elite is also theirs but that one is better.

Good place reasonable rate

This is a nice guesthouse at a reasonable price. Its far from the city center so you wouldnt want to stay if youre visiting for a conference at Marriott or Serena Hotel, but its perfect for the nearby sectors. The guesthouse is a corner house with private properties to the right and opposite. My room was clean and neat, with a fully-stocked minibar. The attached bathroom was clean and stocked with clean towels, and soap as well. Since my room was the smallest, the bathroom didnt have a separate place to take a shower. Larger rooms do have spacious bathrooms, so thats OK.During my stay, it was relatively cold in Islamabad. I was expecting hot water through the taps and shower, but the water remained cold even after several minutes of running, despite the manager promising it would turn hot. This was an issue throughout my 2-day stay.I occupied an executive room at the ground floor. The disadvantage was that if there were people in the lobby talking, their voices would easily disturb me.I did not have the opportunity to explore the restaurant menu at length. I did order a vegetarian dish (mixed vegetables), but it wasnt the best. Cooking time was quite long too.A major inconvenience was that this place did not accept debit/credit card payments, so I had to pay in cash. However, the manager was gracious and allowed me to defer my payment until I had the cash available.Given the price and the quality of rooms and bathroom, a slight adjustment to the service can result in a perfect guest house.

The stay here was a delight! The owners truly care about their guests and provide the best customer service possible. The staff goes above and beyond their call of duty and ensure that their guests are accommodated in various ways. We booked a room for approximately two weeks, the booking itself was just as easy, and they also offer shuttle to the airport for a reasonable fee. I totally recommend Serene Residence Guest House for anyone who is going to be spending time in Islamabad. P.S. breakfast was included.

We stayed at serene residence for 3 nights and it was pleasant and comfortable.

Stayed for one night with family while transit through Islamabad. I chose this place because of good reviews from the past guests. Found quite good overall. Reasonable per night price with complimentary breakfast and a clean environment with quite good staff service. The best part is a small kids play area where my kids enjoyed alot. The only negative point is its location as based in sector E-11 which is bit away from major citys attractions and famous places.

Good place to stay. Nice location in E-11. Staff is helpful. Complementary breakfast is good. Rooms are nice. Stayed in double room suite on the ground floor had one bathroom. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not very clean , told them to change but they changed only of one room, otherwise good. Bathroom was ok and hot water was available when required. Car parking is outside in an empty plot , a night watchman came to me n said Ill take care of ur car till 6am and I gave him 100 rupees for a night. Prices of ironing clothes is bit high Rs 175/suit.

We check in first I checked the room I like it but my nana was a piecint he said this room very small we said to a person on reception he said no more room available I said we want to check out we only live there 15 minutes and he said now you cant go without paying we said we will pay you 500 hundreds he said no if you want to go you have to pay whole money then we call to police they help us I will recomend dont go to this place

Located in great residential area. We had a 2 bedroom suite located on the main floor. Clean throughout and lots of space to spread out. This facility is well maintained. Complimentary breakfast with chai was brought to the room each morning we were there and was very good. Wifi worked great. Was cold weather during our Dec visit but heat and hot water worked fine. We will return for future stays here while in Islamabad.

My booked rooms and charges were changed at the time of check in. No such issue was raised earlier during booking confirmation on call. Changing of room and raising room charges at the last moment was highly unprofessional.
