Better place for family stay

Best for families in terms of security. owner is the best cooperative man. But guest house need complete overhalling in terms of furniture, mattress, bathroom fittings, door, lights, colour, kitchen stuff.. everything need to be fix. there is no proper gate keeper, cook, receptionist, and sweaper. cleanliness is the major issue in rooms, kitchen and coffee shop.

Safe and secure

Service is good.

A good family friendly place for stay in residential area of F7 Islamabad. Located at 10mins walk from F7- MARKAZ so market easily accessible.I stayed at ground floor. Room was nice and clean with usual facilities available like refridgerator, aircon etc. Washroom was clean. *Word of advice would be to make sure the electronics items were working fine, my fridge wasnt working to its best but ok*Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was quick. In-house kitchen service available but I didnt try the food as it was a short stay and dine out was preferable for me.

I just checked in .. I had to change 2 rooms ... it is extremely dirty and staff attitude is worst about it. They dont care that it is a dirty room with DEAD COCKROACHES ... and staff shows attitude about that... I will spend the night because I have a tired kid with me... but this will be my LAST STAY EVER

Royal house is really a royal house in heart of Islamabad (F7/4).The good staff and value for money.
