Best place to stay in Islamabad at reasonable rates. Everything about this ppace is good and I loved this place during my 1 week stay.

Very neat and clean. Thought havent tried their lunch and dinner but everything else was neat, clean and professionally maintained. Hot water is available. Heaters are available in every room. Very quiet rooms. No smoking smells. No smelly washrooms. Free wifi is available. Room service is good. Generator is also installed. Totally recommended if they maintain their service as of now. Just for others info water bottles and cloth ironing are charged. Should be informed that they are charged. Overall it was very comfortable and great experience

Never stayed it was completely empty picture given on net are fake the actual guest house is nothing like it no occupancy , no reception, the people there did even what they had to do. Immediately left the place. Not suitable for

Worn out, old house with no garden, no views, smelly rooms, guttar overflowing outside. Unprofessional staff.. Families please do not be fooled by their pictures. Visit the place and see the reality... I suffered by travelling from lahore all the way here and thank God i didnt pay advance

This is a new addition in to Guest Houses in Islamabad. Mr.Sohail Khan is the CEO of this Guest House. He has vast experience of hotel industry and he has very energetic and young guy He has a number of contracts with private companies. The rooms and services are good and admirable however they have no garden or lawn where you can enjoy open sky. The parking facilities are also not sufficient and only 3 cars can be parked in this Guest House. The quality of food is good. The location is also good and very near to embassies and Jinnah Super Market. You can also enjoy fas food like Hardees KFC etc on walking around. The room rent is moderate

Too expensive, the attendant didnt have courtesy nor was the room quality commensurating its value of cost. Wont ever recommend it to anyone except to my enemies who wants to pay for juat 6 hours of sleep only.
