Location is Excellent, can commute any where in Islamabad. However in the price i paid Rs. 5,500 per night, its was decent accommodation, with AC, Free WIFI and Breakfast, with minimum other facilities. I needed a clean room for night stay, which was there. This is new management and they are improving on, may be once improvements re done will be a good accommodation. In this price it is GOOD and acceptable. Location is EXCELLENT.

Located on the main Road. It is a good quality guest house. It doesnt have its own parking: so need to park on the main road. Wash Rooms are small and not so good. Rooms are quite spacious but not so well furnished. Cabinets are of poor quality. They can get you food of your choice. Breakfast is poor though. Serving staff is Cooprative. The room rent is high as per the quality of services on offer.

Best Place to live, every time good experience, good services and food as well. Staying here soon again. Keep it up.

Nice spacious guest house. 18 rooms in all including ground floor, first floor and basement. Spacious lounge. Nice and efficient service. Worth the money.

It is good place in F7 however their rooms and kichen needs special attention as there are lot of things which needs immediate improvements.

When youre in an alien city looking for a place to not just crash, but do so comfortably, this is the place. The staff is nice as well. Highly recommended.

Partridge rest house is a c class guest house. Rooms and lobby is also in pathetic conditions. Food stuff is not good. Staff attitude is very casual. Parking facility is not available. Mostly vehicles at road parked outside the building whole night which is a huge risk. Only one this which goes in favor of said guest house is its approach. It is located at main parvin shakir road which is service road with main Faisal avenue. Its per night stay charges are economical.

AOA, our contingent stayed here for three days occupying 9 rooms. the guest room is located at a nice location. In a close proximity of faisal mosque, Jinnah super, Monal and Centaurus. It has 18 rooms. Usually available. Rent is ok. Not very expensive neither economical. Worst part is rooms upkeep and service. Most of the rooms have problem of hot water supply which made our stay horrible. Receptionist always came up with new excuse instead of resolving the problem. I requested for room change but he simply refused. Maintenance was poor. My room had broken towel stand and it was not repaired till my last day. Pictures are posted with this review. Ground floor rooms were very noisy. We could hear the noise from adjacent rooms, lobby and from upper floor. A foreign embassy is located in neighbourhood. Their dog kept on barking through out the night. Rooms in basement were stinking with smell. Their occupants were Disturbed by the noise from dining hall. First floor was comparatively comfortable but hot water issue persisted. Service is slow probably they look for Tip as per their Desire. Thanks for reading.

Best family stay in peaceful area

Stayed in August 2015. Extremely shady and creepy place. And the rooms were dark and poorly maintained. Have stayed at many other guest houses in Islamabad and they are far better. Save your money and run in the other direction.

Had very bad experience of staying night here. Rooms are dirty, wash rooms not maintained properly. Very pathetic and not recommended at all.

A nice place to live in.We have lived here in groups, organised meetings here. Every thing was fine. Food quality and taste is also veru good. It is a comfortable, neat and clean place. People over here are more than cooperative and helpful.
