Me and my family of 5 stayed at about 5 places in Islamabad including guest houses and hotels and this by far was the best one. The bedroom was really clean and had clean sheets and there was no smell of sewage that the other houses we stayed at had. Also the bathroom was nicely kept and separated the shower from toilet. The best part was it had hot water to take a shower and the room had a functioning A/C and heater. If I ever come back to Islamabad I would pick this place again.Only down side is that there is construction going on next door so its wakes you up at 8am. But once the construction is done the guest house will be 5 stars.

I stayed there for a night with my family. They over charged me and forced me to pre payment from Easy Paisa. They didnt holded up reservations for even 2 hours.My room was in the basement. Its was very awfull. It has a typical sewerage and moisture smell. The walls were also affected. The room didnt have any fridge or any extra pillow.The staff very rude and street smart. The reception is not at all courteous. Housekeeping is not available. Parking is major issue here.NOT a single glass of water is complementary. They makes you realize that they are making a favor by providing you with the accommodation, which you feel sorry about your self.

Very good place to stay with family. The rent is reasonable. The air-conditioning in summer and heating in winter are available. A small room refrigerator is available. The wifi service is good enough.The cleanliness is at acceptable level.The place is very closed to markaz.The negatives are the water pressure in toilet and shower. Their kitchen is strictly closed at 8 pm and you even cant get a cup of tea after this time.In case of power shut down, UPS is available but not the generator.

Nice and quiet place ! But management is not good ! I have stayed multiple time ! There is a mix of liveable rooms and luxury rooms. Always make sure the quality of room before booking as the management will charge you with luxury room and will give u a dirty room with no services ! They will try to charge more every time u visit !

I really was impressed with cleanliness and size of rooms, located in E 11, a little far from the centre but a perfect place to stay if your movement is for travelling out of islamabad.Its peacefull as well, but I didnt like their breakfast it wasnt worth it, they can improve it if they want.I got a family room for 4 elders and 2 kids with 2 double beds only for 4000 inclusive of all taxes, price wise i was satisfied.

Stayed for 2 hours. A very nice place to stay. Professional staff with laughs at their faces. Enjoyed it a lot. But the price is a little bit high. 2500 for 2 hours. It would be good if it is about 1500. Btw this place is highly recommended.

The stay was good. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue on our 2nd visit but upon asking the cleaner, they did clean everything up. So just as a heads up, make sure everything is tidy and in order before checking in.

I didnt have much time as I was busy at the shoot , I spent only 2 hours, but I found the staff to be nice, the place is nice too. I saw families staying there and this means the place is nice and clean and hosts good gentry. The price is not too expensive.Edit: the second stay was also very nice, if you want to get iron done, give a night before, also order the breakfast if you want to start your day early as 7am.

I checked in at 5.15am and Tauseef was very welcoming. When I told him I had a long journey, he just handed over the keys to a nice big clean room without asking any details. Mr. Faisal was helpful in arranging the booking for me which was kind of him.The bathroom was clean and tidy. The room was spacious for one person and loads of storage. The plus point was, I opened the fridge to find bottles of water and some fizzy drinks. All were chilled and ready to drink.The super market was only 2 mins walk away. Loads of food delivery options in the guest house. I even needed urgent laundry to be done and only had few hours. Guess what, that was done and handed over to me in few hours time.Overall verdict: The place is awesome on a quite street. They supply you with toiletries as well and a bath towel. Really peaceful and family friendly environment. Highly recommended. The rooms are really cheap for the cleanliness and size they have to offer.

Very friendly staff, tasty breakfasts and clean rooms. I would highly recommend to anyone. Only problem I had was when I booked through AirBnB I was told that they no longer used AirBnB and so they couldnt uphold the booking I had already paid for. When booking in person or on the phone there was absolutely zero problems.

I have stayed in this guest house overnight..I am a person who love peaceful silence.. and this guest house is located at a extremly peaceful place.So it is an excellent place to rest in peace after a hectic day of meetings or outdoor activities..View from my room was excellent..Staff is extremely nice..And as a alone travelling female they respected my privacy a lot..Only problem is with cable system, which they need to fix as soon as possible...But they even changed my room on requst to get better WiFi signals and this credit goes to it highly dedicated staff..Food was good and I will definitely stay there next time when i visit Islamabad

Its is great and peaceful place priceing is very good compare to other hotels rooms are very spacious and clean its my 3rd stay at this house they are improving every time owner is very nice person and coprative..its totally family guest house owner didnt allow any sort of bad activitie in his guest house I see they refused more than 3 coutumers without relationship. Locals are not allowed in any cost.

Nothing seems to be working at this guest house and the staff excelled in coming up with the most laughable, novel and ridiculous excuses one can think of. Their favorite excuse is the wind. No hot water to wash and shower. Oh, it must be the wind. So they go and light the geyser(water heater). Still no hot water. No TV; its the darn wind again. When I tell them it hasnt been windy for several days; I am told it must be the rain; and theres been no rain either for days; then on the third day I am told a truck knocked down some cables; when the TVs were connected to a antennae dish and not to cables. The staff specialise in lying constantly. Next I asked for an iron and was told by some guy at the reception that it wasnt working; then he changes tune and tells me that since I had been given a discounted rate for an extended stay, the iron was not included in my room rate.As for hygiene and cleanliness, the kitchen would be a good place to start; I dont think I have seen so much filth; with dirty dishes strewn all over and scraps of food covering the counters. I only accessed the kitchen to use the microwave for a couple of minutes and saw the dirt and the grime. Ordering food there; you are asking for trouble.Which is why I am surprised at the 4 to 5 ratings; surely Pakistanis have better standards than what this crummy place with cheeky staff has to offer.Final thoughts: Never again. Stay away from this unwelcoming place unless of course you are ok with no hot water, no TV, a kitchen swarming with bacteria; making any food hazardous to human health and people who have no problem lying to customers.Shahid SalamCape Bretton, Canada

Great rooms and cordial staff

Overall the room and hotel was clean, they did provide toiletries, a proper soap bar with shampoo. The heater was an electric/gas hybrid and was 120V which meant that they had a converter that was pretty loud. However they had no choice in food, and had to order from outside. Due to it being a bit far from the centre of Islamabad, no good food chains delivered here, i.e. mcdonalds, pizza hut, hakka bukka, etc. Asked for a breakfast, omelette was loaded with oil (gave me a heartburn), the tea had no sugar and wasnt served with it either. Butter was rock hard and due to the long time it took to serve breakfast I didnt have the time to thaw it. On the last night the fridge stopped working and wouldnt start again. Poor choice in TV channels, only got DW TV and ARY, other channels were chinese.
