Livin hub is amazing guest house you dont need to worry for your stay at all it simple way of getting value of your money all spacious room neat clean tidy room service phone service wifi lounge everything ks so good that i become fan infront of this hotel we have centaurus mall which is walk by just 50 mtr distance where u can enjoy your time and above all livin hub has got good breakfast included in ur stay the guy which u can contact is SUBOOR he is very nice kind gentle man manage livin hub very very nicely ... i recommend highly to go visit and stay all the basic mecessorities and other liesure stuff is nearby in short not a problem and above all if u want something you can talk to suboor and he will arrange it for you so not a problem they have a nice location and very super clean neat place you can also book by booking or any other website by the way important thing to notice they dont have credit card machine they only accept cash so better to talk to them before going they can arrange machine for which 2.5% is charge extra not a problem

Beautiful Guest House. The staff will go out of their way to assist you, we loved how helpful they were. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the complimentary breakfast in the morning, will be back for sure

When we ordered food, we were told to order from Foodpanda since thats what the staff would do in any case. Complimentary breakfast is served with no regard for hygiene or taste and on mismatched crockery. The bedding smells like pee and looks unwashed.The rooms are spacious and very reasonably priced. The guest houses located right in the centre of the city. Makes it easy to get around.

It is a great place to be in. Located in the heart of Islamabad, opposite Centaurus Mall, you have access to the best places of the city. Furthermore, you can have good views of mountains and the hill park is just nearby. The rooms are good and comfortable and the service is exceptional.

I booked a room for my hb who needed one night before moving on. I have booked many hotels all over the world and I have to give this top rating. Lots of help and patience when I ask many questions. The aircraft was delayed but there was no problem. You absolutely get the highest rating from me !!!! My hb called now when he arrived and told me that the hotel was clean and nice, the staff was nice. Next time my hb is going to Islamabad I hope I will be with and then we will stay at your hotel.You got ️️️️️

Very dirty, I had a long list of stuff. Bed lamps without bulbs. Dirty, dusty all round. No hot water in the evening.

I was here for a one day stay for my interview.They have eight rooms & out of which one is economy for a single person stay.They have AC,hot water,TV,Fridge,cupboard.The service is very good.I had complementary breakfast with stay.One issue was not all electric sockets were working,so i had to ask to fix this issue.Its the only guest house in sector F10/2.Had no issue in online booking.

I particularly appreciated the good manners of the staff as well as the hygiene and great level of maintenance at the guest house. My room had a connected bathroom which was clean (and had housekeeping everyday!) and everything was functioning perfectly. My room was equipped with a cosy bed, a fridge, a kettle and a television with English-language channels. I never had to phone twice to make anything available to me! I even phoned for a bulb replacement in the bathroom and saw it done in under 5 minutes of my request. Great service, great people!

Dear brothers. Washrooms are not up to the standard. Sink are broken and skinks. Rooms are in good condition. Warm water is not available on regular basis. Family pop not recommended to stay here. Only stags and office staff ppl can stay here.
