Positive: That at least we werent mugged. Didnt feel comfortable there.. Negative: Unclean. Felt very dirty. Pictures are extremely deceptive. Staff was super weird. They have a good place. But they need a MAJOR overhaul..

Positive: staff was good, location was good.. Negative: It was a very bad experience. Bed was noisy like when u sit it will start to make noise . Couldnt sleep , noise of bed, some machinery was running every 5 mins to keep you awake, and cherry on the top would be bugs in the blanket. I was very disappointed . staff was good though..

Hot water isnt available most of the time. Bedsheets are dirty and blankets are also extra dirty, staff except for manager are uncooperative and dont listen. Although rooms are okay.

Very very poor response from the management. I booked facility through booking.com but when reached there, the management said sorry we dont have any room vacant. However, they facilitated me with their subsidiary rest house which was not up to the mark. Therefore, my experience was pretty bad. Be careful plz.

This time our stay was only for a day ,but its not the first time,its our 4th visit ,delano inn is worth staying with quality in everything provided.

Me and my family stayed at Delano inn for 3 weeks, i must say the owners and the workers on site were great. They were accommodating, looked out for us and we felt safe. Saif and the boys will definitely look after you. The owners pop in almost every other day and are very pleasant people. suffice to say we will be staying here every time we visit Islamabad.

I enjoyed my stay pretty much. My room was pretty neat and clean, white bedding and towels. Enjoyed the hospitality of the receptionist and the cook, lovely.

Good place to stay in Islamabad

The whole guest house is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are big with nice furniture. Both rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well equipped.

A very bad experience. We made confirmation on phone and mentioning the number of people and rooms needed. When we reached after a 6hrs drive. They showed us the room and then the owner walks in and declines making lame excuses that our room are already booked.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations, directions and arranging taxis. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean.

Worst worst worst place to stay.. We stayed there for a day but cause of a delayed flight we had to stay for 4 more hours. Administration guy asked us to pay the amount for 4 more hours which we did.. We checked out exactly on the given time but the administration guy didnt let us sit in the waiting area, not even for 5 mints. He stood next to us and kept staring at us as if we would steal something. We were waiting for Careem but cause of his rude idiotic behavior we had to stand outside the gate. I wanted to talk to the owner of this guest house but there was no one. DELANO INN is a big Nooo specially if youre coming with your family. . Last but not the least that guy on the reception took 1500rs for few extra hours stay. Thank God i made the video of that. Soon gonna upload the video

We visited delano in just 2017. We were a large group and were given the entire 1st floor which was great for privacy. Good service and home made breakfast in the morning.

What a pathetic place to stay with rude and arrogant staff. Just visited this place and stayed for 1 night. The guy at the counter is super rude and goes everywhere you go. When u are done with ur stay they will force you to get out of their place immediately. They come again again asking when we will leave. I am this is just insulting. We even paid extra to extend few hours. Plus in owners response that we never paid extra. I paid 1500 rupees extra to the guy sitting at the counter and we checked out exactly at 5:06 although we had time till 5:15. And the response you have given here makes it even more clear that you dont care about your customers. Plus one more thing you say that we insulted your staff? Let me share a video of how the guy sitting in front was behaving. That would be good enough. Plus ask your neighbors before believing your own employees.

We had wasps in our room, told management but nothing was done and we took matters into our hands. My friend had an early flight to catch and the front gate was locked. We were not informed where management was staying. We called the phone multiple times but nothing. Please note that staff wakes up around 8 am.

Very rude bhavior of staff. Even when i checked in, there was no other guest. This rude behavior can be expected much more if they have more guests.

Overall its a good place to stay for one or two nights. The electricity has some issues due to load shedding. As I was staring here in Ramadan I was offered sehri, very yummy parathas. So a good place to stay some improvements needed. Towels need to be cleaner, bed is very hard also the minibar fridge doesnt work.

Delano is a very good resthouse for its budget and excellent location. One can walk to F10 markaz, its just 5 minutes walk. The area is calm except the chirping birds in early mornings but that is common in Islamabad. The neighbors noice can also be heard if sleep late till 10am.You can get good variety of food from F10 markaz if you dont like their breakfast.

This is one of the very good guest houses that I have visited in Islamabad it has a very good and compassionate staff. For some reason they dont allow unmarried woman to stay with you in their place.
