We stayed there twice. Firstly for two days then for three days. I must say its a very comfortable, clean and luxury place with a very nice ambience to stay. Their food is no doubt very delicious. The staff is very well behaved and quick to respond.

Comfortable ambiance. Cleanliness is good. Sanitation n water supply was great!! Everything was nice we stayed there twice just bcoz of comfortable ambiance n hospitable staff n really affordable room rent.

We stayed twice in their properties in past and found them to be a good value for our money. This time I had to take my office staff for a trip. Considering our past good experiences, I booked with them a week in advance. I was constantly in touch with them as we prepared for trip and even when we were traveling towards Islamabad. At first, they changed our booking to another property and informed me about it. Since we had stayed at that property as well in past and have been satisfied, I didnt object and kept them updated of our status to make sure they know when to expect for us. But to our surprise, when we arrived at Islamabad past midnight, we were told that our booking was cancelled because they got other customers. Cancelled our booking without even informing us so we were left stranded at the streets of Islamabad in a cold night, along with my staff of 13 members. Dont trust their bookings and dont trust hotelling industry at all after this experience.

It was very great place and very comfortable for families. we stayed here.their rooms are very beautiful and luxury and twenty four hours hot water. Full security system Car parking.Their kichten service is excellent.The staff are very cooperative and very quick for response. And also their food is very delicious.

Broken sockets, taps for water are broken, bathrooom and balcony are dirty. They need to fix this place up. Also too many flies and mosquitos. Only good thing is tv and bed was okay I guess.

The great thing about it was that it had good piping hot water. Their deluxe room was okay but they should improve the quality standards which it lacks at the moment. Though located in a really central place they could improve their standards and would give them so many clients

I had stayed in delux triple bed room on first floor its good over all but the bed and toilet are not clean bed bugs is the main reason of disliking it but the view from the roof is awesome I had clicked some photos there which I am sharing with you

Rooms were clean, comfortable and nice, however, washrooms were not very clean, sanitary needs repairing, electric sockets were broken. Food was delicious but they took time to serve it. Service was average+. Not very much recommended for couples or family.I guess you misunderstood me with someone else. We didnt order dinner at 3am. We were 2 couples and was served with 3 eggs in breakfast. I had to ask for 4th egg.

Nice family place to stay

A really calm and peaceful place to stay in islands most iconic area with facilities of food and laundry . The staff there is very co_operative.

This service was very bad. Anytime we needed anything we try to contact the attendant below. He would not listen and we had to call multiple times to get any help.However, the house itself was very nice. The rooms in the house were quite spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, which is a blessing in summer. The only problem was the bathroom. The toilet was broken and so were the window blinds. There was also a lack of amenities, like body gel and shampoo. The only thing provided was a soap.Not likely be staying there again unless they improve the service.

Untrained staff, sometimes aloof, but nice. A bit mismanaged. The washroom of my room was made out of tin, it would get water logged. The bed sheets would be soggy when I came back at night due to dew... The food was ok

They gave me room and i paid all cash. Found out later that washroom doesnt work atall. Even pot was not cleaned and no water atall. Asked for refund and they said cant refund. Hilarious experience

I went to this place on 23 sep, 2019 at around 2200 hrs.The room was already booked.The moment I entered into this so called guest house or whatever, the environment was strange. Anyhow, I went to the reception and a sanitary worker who was roaming there came and asked me what do you want. I told him I have a reservation. Anyhow, after 2 mins, another man came there who happened to be the receptionist. He checked 4 to 5 registers to checky name but of no avail, and then he call someone and said ok.There was another guest in the waiting area and some staff member was having exchange of hot words at that time.They opened the room for me and the room was below par.A perfect example of a one night stand room and you cannot call it a comfortable room where you can do some official work and stay relax. Moreover, the behavior of the staff was so pathetic that I immediately decided at that time frame that o wouldnt be staying there.My suggestion to the owner is that kindly improve the mannerism of your staff so that guests would stay comfortable and do look on the ambiance of your guest house as well.

Average guest house. One should pay maximum 2500rs for a night stay there.
