Mr. Nouman and his staff run a welcoming and hospitable guest house. The location is great, the garden is lovely, hot water and heating work well. The place is significantly cleaner than others. My only criticism is internet speed and thin walls, but apart from that I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place as it offers great service for money value.

Not the same anymore. I was with my family. Manager Zaheer needs extensive training in Customer service and house keeping management. for 02 days, Electricity was out and Generator was not working and instead of fixing it, Zaheer asked me to go to nearby Shopping mall to spend the time. It was very hot in Islamabad. He continued this bizzare attitude and didnt try to fix the generator. I arranged my pickup from Margalla station and i informed him that I am with a family of 04, eben then he sent a Mehran car to pick all 04 of us and the luggage. We had to hire a taxi. Room was pathetic. Broken Curtain rods, Broken Beds and broken Toilet seat. The owners should take immediate action otherwise old customers will have other options. Negative rating from my side. I used to stay here but not any more.

Very courteous and cooperative staff. Excellent location. Walking distance to eateries, shopping, and everything else one might need during travel. Room maintenance and cleanliness could use a little improvement though. Hot water availability is limited. If you need to take a shower in the evening after a busy day, it will have to be a cold shower. Hot water is only available in the mornings.

It was an amazing experience staying at Capetown guest house. In my opinion this guest house is far better than PC and Serena in terms of peaceful clean environment, and staff attitude. I would definitely stay at Capetown guest house for my next trip. Keep doing the great work and service.

My stay was very pleasant, the workers were very nice. The rooms were very nice. In the cold days of islamabad there was very warm water to freshen you up. The food was very great too. Loved it.

I spent two days with my family nice experience to live there staff was cooperative and cool and calm atmosphere. it is located in the center of Islamabad where you can go anywhere. But II suggest some professional tanning is required for the whole staff on the whole good experience

I would personally recommend Cape town guest house, very professional Management and staff. I would thank Mr. Nauman for great hospitality.

We stayed as a big group there, we were suggested this place by a good person and we contacted the property directly, but they gave us a bigger price then anywhere else, on booking it says ~22$ for a small room, they charged 30! as well as for a big room, I told them that is not fare, they made a discount 1 dollar..... also the manager is just a cheep and mercantile person, we were the guides for the group, and when the tourists gave us tips in an envelope, the manager was watching from his room and just after that he asked do you have a present for me? he always wanted to make some money, considering that I told him few times that we are paying more than we should be. For the taxi he offered a small car for 4000PKR when uber is just 800PKR. The food, I asked if its possible to have something other then overfried eggs on brekfast, he said that next morning they will prepare porridge, and the next morning he said Sorry, the porridge is expansive Damm....... all the experience was spoiled because of such situations.

Got a Chance to Stay at Cape Town Guesthouse. Guesthouse wasnt Value to Money they charged . Room Rent was overcharged 1 & half time over than mentioned on booking.com, whereas breakfast charged separately. Room Condition was pathetic, even Room and Bathrom was full of Mosquitoes. Hot water only available in morning, they swithoff geyser after noon. Maintenence and Cleanliness was a big Question Mark on the Guesthouse Located in F-7. Its only plus point was, its location near to F-7 Markaz Jinnah Super.

I spent one week in cape-town Guest house last year and it was the precious time I spent there with good natural environment and sounds of birds in the morning hope will join you soon.

We had a fantastic stay, lovely clean Room, nice environment and really cooperative & friendly staff, well definitely stay there again.

The location of this guesthouse is the best part. Its situated in F-7 sector of Islamabad just 5 minutes walk to famous Jinnah Super Market. The guesthouse is reasonable to stay as the AC, heater facilities are there. The property is quite old and was built in early 1970s. You can feel this oldness in the rooms and specially bathrooms. Customer service is better. Pricing are also not high if we compare with its location etc.

Read both the Pros and Cons :PROS : Good place where you can get home feeling. Warm reception. Jinnah Super and Sofa Gold Mall, Subway, etc in walking distance. Nice garden with beautiful animals. All 3 star hotel facilitates available like chilling AC, 32 to 40 inch approx TV, free wifi, clean rooms and environment, best serving staff .CONS : Electricity is interrupted (but for short intervals of 1-3 mins). No hot water. No person available on main gate 24/7. Old building (but renovated).

Its near to market easily accesable and offer limited facilities as its a cheap place to stay. One should book by booking.com or agoda as they charge you more in case u approach them directly. Negotiation is must.

Manager is rude not friendly. Place is good to stay but management needs to customer friendly.

If you want nice environment at affordable price with friendly guest house staff, then cape town guest house is a good choice.
