New Islamabad is a Good hotel for short stay with reasonable price. Staff is cooperative and all amenities are available. Quite neat and clean w.r.t other options around it.

I stayed there with my family for one day. The rooms were clean, nicely lighted and airy. Staff was well-mannered. Only con was that the corridors were narrow

They need to work on their heaters. It is very difficult to survive in their cold rooms during winter.

The room itself was big and clean. Heating was not available (we were ready to pay extra for it but they had no heating available at all), no hot water, and stinky bathroom. The soup was good but not hot.

I lived for 5 months and had a good time. Although not all the managers are very humble and polite. But overall they are good. Never had issue regarding electricity. In winters it was hard in night because of no heating arrangement.

Stayed in hotel for 30 minutes. Bed sheets were dirty. The manager didnt get them changed. When I asked for refund he showed me the sign on door that said no refunds. Not recommended at all!

Used to be very good. Now the property and service has deteriorated significantly. Theres no hot water, theres an overall stench in the property that is very mild but youll cant help but notice it. Only deteriorated if you are really tight on budget

Rooms are clean , but hot water is not available although we were informed that hot water is available yet we didnt get it. They even changed our claiming that the mixture in the bathroom is not working. Thus they changed our room but still no hot water.Service is just ok .

My items got stolen from my room.. we go outside for tea then we came in hotel then we find out our items is missing so we talk to them than thay say.. hamare pass ek key k ilawa koi or key nahi hoti.. seriously yr ek key se zada nahi hoti. Agar ap log jao tho apne saman ki hifazat karna ye logh chor hai ek dam k. Meri watch and ring stolen and my aunt mobile was gone. Total item worth 22.5k
