Quite impressive decor and overall nice ambiance that leaves a good first impression. Service was good. They need to improve the quality of their black coffee, which is one of their main items. Though most other restaurants in the central park are designed that way, surprisingly, Second Cup doesnt have a wheel chair entrance.

Went with my guests as burning brownies was too crowded. Sadly, It was a total disappointment. First of all they refused to accept credit card and asked for cash. (Machine was very much there). It took them over 15 mins to make coffee although we were the only customers at counter at that time. Lastly, there coffee was totally taste less/below average & donut was just average. The only good thing was thr decor. My first and last visit to 2nd cup.

It is an excellent place for every age group. You can sit and relax for hours. The staff is super friendly and they all go above and beyond to make you feel pampered and special. Tanveer is an amazing guy and quick in understanding your needs and customizing as per requirement. The food is delicious too. I had their grilled chicken burger and the taste was bomb. Presentation is 100% and ambiance is 200%

Very comfortable place. I have been spending my evenings at this restaurant for the last three months (almost every day).The staff makes you feel at home and not bothering you at all. Leave you in peace to spend a peaceful evening with your family. They will make you comfortable with a heater next to your table and even play your choice of music or put the channel you want on the television.Staff is definitely 5 star and the facilities too. There is even billiard tables there.Sofas are very comfortable and decor very nice. Highly recommended.

Very huge and beautifully designed, food is good one of the best fish and chips but sadly they are seasonal only i hope they make this a permanent menu item. Coffee is amazing too. Best part is the location and pool tables.

Great outdoor ambiance but coffee need some serious improvement

Great environment and decor, service is great too but the issues I faced were convenient parking and restroom facilities. Parking in only available in front of McDs and Pizza Hut, so one has to walk around these two restaurants to get to Second Cup.And the restroom didnt have running water so that was inconvenient. The attendants were least bothered to solve the problem or answer my query as well so that was a major minus for me.

Best Second Cup I have ever been to. Food was exceptionally good especially Chicken Chilli Dry and Alfredo Pasta, everything perfect and beautiful.

Pretty fancy from the inside to look at. Fairly quick service as well.

Good service and excellent food quality

Its a nice place in terms of interior design spaciousness. The open area facing the park is also nice but this is where the positives end. The menu is ordinary and the food even less so. Our chiller was no different from the shake. The aplle pie was too soggy and the panini disintegrated into its components the moment the fork touched it. The coffee was too bitter. The wait staff was polite but slow and kept leaving the door open which meant the smoke of cigarettes being smoked outside wafted in. Wont go there again.

Its a good place for spending time with friends and loved ones. The coffee is good and not over priced. The food is decent. It has a pool table to kill time and the whole Cafe is spacious with outdoor sitting also available.

Latte Hazelnut was great. The molten laava cake also tasted nice. The staff was polite and proficient in English. There a few books to read there as well. Overall, a good place to visit.

It seems the same team has to prepare any snacks being ordered keeping other customers in wait for their coffee.The place has good ambiance, music that gets a bit loud. If service improves, and their obsession of bugging every reviewer to give them 5 stars subsides, the place would be much better!

Great ambiance, crowd, coffee, seating, and pool table set up.Highly misleading dessert labeling.There was not a shred of Nutella in it.This is false and deceptive advertising.You are using some Pakistani cheap garbage paste and calling it Nutella.This was a waste of PKR 500+, never trusting your desserts again.Stick to coffee, its the one thing only a neanderthal could mess up.

It was a fantastic experience ,enjoyed the yummiest food and hospitality of the staff,ambience is very homely very friendly.

Excellent Coffee and Tea. Do try the apple cider wild Berry tea. Highly recommended. Deserts are ok, not outstanding. Good environment to hang out with family and friends. They also have a pool table.

I’ve tried the Gingerbread Latte and Candy Cane before and am already a fan of that. This was nothing less either. It was the perfect blend of sweet, dark, espresso and mint. It’s definitely one of those drinks you have in winters recurringly. I gulped down the soothing hot drink in the breezy weather in a gif, instantly wanting moreSo if you haven’t been to this branch yet, oh please do! You won’t regret it!

I havent been there yet but my sister brought brownies home, Nutella and plain. Both were dry and tasteless. I will update when I have more.We did heat them. Didnt work. Still tastes like cardboard. Maybe you were having an off day if its your best selling item
