The place had an interesting twist to it where we had the liberty to fashion our own food bowls to our own choice. We got 7 bowls in total, with different flavours. The food was satisfactory but upon sharing with each other we found that the tastes were mostly the same. However, service was quite well and Danish (our server) was a patient and helpful man. The quantity and quality of the food was good enough for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend for a dinner.

We visited this place and tried chicken szechuan chicken (sweet in taste) , sizzling chicken (too saucy and much sweeter) and crispy beef dry (taste was better). Not recommended if you are more into taste. Though idea is different but not recommended. Yes cheesecake is good. You can try that.

Best Chinese with very reasonable price list. Must try Ginyaki special soup and Dragon Chicken with combo rice and noodles. Please reserve your seats before visit as indoor sitting is not allowed these days.

Amazing Chinese food and not very expensive either. Nothing about this place looks cheap. The ambiance is great, the service is great. They have small puzzle games on the back of the menu for kids, i liked that. The taste was awesome and they had great choice of dishes. The thing i liked the most is that they have an option to order a second dish in a smaller bowl along with your main dish.

Well due to covid the whole fine dinning experience is ruined as you have to sit outside practically on the sidewalks. So for ambiance there is nothing to talk about. I tried their soup which was quite good. The main course was okies. It wasn’t bad but not finger licking either. So a 6.5 out of 10

Extremely rude service at their anniversary. The most insolent attitude by the manager who refused to offer the regular deluxe combo saying its their anniversary so they only have a limited menu. Quite an anniversary celebration. Also he wasnt properly doning a mask. We were only asking him for the regular service as per what we expect when we come to a certain restaurant. And to top it off he wasnt even polite about the whole thing.

The first of its kind restaurant, many opened up after it to offer the same kinds of bowls but this remains better among them all still.Their crispy beef is delicious and a must try especially with their lemonade. The Dynamite prawns come in a small serving but are amazing nonetheless.Their matcha cake is an acquired taste, not recommended for everyone

I’ll be honest, I had heard good things about Ginyaki and despite the ambiance and decor being really great; I honestly really found the food to be lack lustre. Compared to Rice Bowl and the Wok in Lahore, the flavours paled in comparison and lacked depth and complexity. It was all basically one note. The Chicken with cashew nut barely looked or tasted like it and the sweet crispy beef was overpoweringly sweet

Loved the food there, the serving was reasonable for the price, and plenty enough for one person(per serving). The barbeque wings were crunchy, and well covered with sauce, dragon chicken was soft, juicy, and thoroughly cooked. I highly recommend their korean chilli chicken if you prefer spices. Overall the sitting, and ambiance was great, giving it 4/5 stars because of the slow service

The place was densely packed and over crowded, and the staff forgot about our drinks and sides, which we got half way through our meal, after reminding them 4 times total.Our table had food pieces and stains left from the previous people, inspite of the staff wiping it down infront of us.The staff was not wearing gloves or masks, which made our party a little uncomfortable; would highly advice the management to make sure the staff is properly equipped and trained for this Covid era.The food itself was a good portion and very well made.If not for the service, and the lack of Covid protocol, would have given this place a higher rating.Alternatively, would be great for take aways.

It’s by far one of my favourite places to eat. I’d definitely recommend this place as it provides exceptionally delicious food, along with great service while going easy on your wallet. My personal recommendation would be the Butterfly Prawns and Crispy Honey Chicken

Best Chinese food I have ever had. Their soup is amazing. The seating capacity is very low, sometimes you have to wait for hours to get a table.Service is very good, and I love their cutlery.Oh and their Mint Margaretta is just out of this world. Highly recommended!

Till last week we rated Ginyaki as one of the best places in town to visit on weekends for dinner. But since last week our opinion has drastically changed.First on last weekend we were at counter in Islamabad Ginyaki at 2115 hrs but they didnt allow us to enter on the pretext that closing at 10 and worst part was that it was still 45 minutes with vacant places in restaurant and the behaviour of their staff was abnoxious and terrible. Today again we visited Ginyaki bahria and we were at entrance at 2120 hrs but they said it closed although people were inside ,we ordered takeaway but the thing that irritated was that once at around 1030 came to pick our order at that time people were still inside and the vacant tables that we saw earlier were now occupied (some dear ones were allowed to dine in) .Also the takeaway we took was quite less (price was same) in quantity than we used to get earlier. Growing business doesnt mean that you start cheap things .This was perhaps our last visit to Ginyaki, good food but customer care is terrible

Food tasted great overall but after paying the bill, we found a dead cockroach in the tray in which we were eating. Disgusting!!Upon informing the manager, instead of realizing, he said it’s not from the kitchen but from the dining hall. I don’t care where it came from, there’s a freaking roach in my food!!!!Then I showed him a live cockroach roaming around on the table next to us. They tried to bribe us with free drinks but we declined. Never going there again.This restaurant should be sealed for their poor hygiene

Well, food here is closest to what I’ve eaten claiming to be Chinese. Believe me, I’ve lived in China for years! The ambience is too cozy! Service is great! Staff is polite! Food is great! I was reminiscing China.

It is very popular and always busy so it can take time to get seating, esp for a large group, and on weekends. I would suggest to call in advance. Ginyaki should move to a larger place.

You know I have not tasted this high quality food in ages. My personal favorite the halaphinio poppers the cheese in side just melts in your mouth and the crispy beef with rice it is too good I highly recommend these two things and for dessert well every desert is fire.

Pathetic service, asked for water 3 times didn’t got it until I told them their service is trash. Food overall was good, but I ordered Kung pao which is very spicy even though they told me it was mild. I reordered my food again, and then after waiting long time I got the food. It came to my number one in list for Chinese because they serve you with Chinese style Chinese food not the Desi style Chinese food. You have to select the base of rice or chowmein or the mixture. Then you can select toppings from Chicken, Beef and Seafood variety. You can also select an add on for 99Rs(chicken), 150Rs(beef). Quantity served is huge!

Ginyaki is getting crowded every single day. Its very difficult to get a seat without reservation even on weekdays and its too much noisy and seriously you have to shout to give order. Food is good but not what I expected. Szechuan Chicken is the hit item as always. Crispy Honey Chicken and Chicken Chilly dry is also very nice. Sesame Chicken Poppers are uncooked but replaced easily. Minus two stars for not accepting debit card for payment. Its a hassle to get cash from ATM bcs most of the time people dont have that much money in pocket. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Long wait for above average food. Plentiful portion size and moderately priced for the area. 5 people ate for 3800 rupees. Cashew chicken, dragon chicken, and beef chili was delightful.
