Im not fond of eating out in Islamabad, its always disappointing. But CGCs burgers were great! The curly fries were nice and crispy and the burger patties were moist, the cheese quality didnt suck, and the buns were fresh. The lemonade I didnt enjoy. Along with the pleasant weather and outdoor seating, it was a wonderful experience.

The quality is always great. I only have concerns on the quantity of curly fries. They need to think on the increase of quantity. At one good size patato should be served. For vegans and people who have allergies will be benefited if fries portion will be increased.

Their burgers are definitely better than Howdys (next door). Prices are bit on the higher side and also written on the menu without taxes. Service is really good and fast. Like many restaurants in this market, this place also has both indoor and outdoor seating.

I ordered takeaway and Im impressed that even after several years they have maintained a high standard of service.

I love to eat Grilled Chicken sandwich here. CGC - Char Grill Central location is awesome! Great food, great service, clean!!! This is the only location near us, they are always busy, but that does not deter this location from doing an awesome job!

Always looking for good beef burger, theirs was good but today the beef had that smell in it, not ordering again.

They have this offer going on on 2 of their burgers: Afterburn and Picklish. In the offer, any of these two burgers is for Rs. 270, and if you wanna go for a meal (adding fries and drink with the burger) its for Rs. 500.I dont like pickles in my burger so tried Afterburn. Its a grilled patty burger including lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, cheese and mayo. The burger was good, not the best one Ive had, but good.However, their serving time was long. We were seven people and it took around 35-40 minutes for our order.Overall, its a nice place to hangout.

We have been loyal customers of CGC from back when they were part of Hotspot. Having just relocated from the West, CGC immediately was our favorite in Islamabad. We have visited their new store around the corner from Hotspot and were equally pleased.However, today we ordered 12 burgers for our family and we all were extremely disappointed. The patties were smaller and very dry. The buns were even more dryer and borderline stale. And the sauce that was once magical, we were barely able to taste it.Im not sure what happened. I hope it was a bad batch or whatever. But if this is the new taste of CGC burgers, then we will go elsewhere.

My recent experience with Char Grill Central was just ok. Due to the COVID situation there were no sitting space available. However, me and my friends requested and they were very kind and arranged the sitting outside with the fan and chairs. I ate the beef overdrive burger and the patty was cooked perfectly.The only downside:The buns were not good. The bread was breaking and it didnt look fresh. the size of the burger was also smaller than other neighbouring competitors.Considering the price the burger was a bit expensive. The place is good for a single visit. I dont think Ill go back to CGC

The dining space is a little limited however the service and food are good quality. The staff here is friendly and can help you with the menu if you have any questions. The prices seem a bit steep considering the amount of food you get.

Came to this place with very high expectations as hear and read a lot of reviews but was totally disappointed, the joint itself is decent and is very clean and tidy but that is about it, food was below average, Patty was bland, the buns were not grilled or toasted at all, food came almost cold. So yes I wont recommend this place or dont go there with high expectations.

From facebook pictures and in online photos it looks like a very reasonable size of burgers but in actual size of burgers are very tiny and prices are very high. Staff is very slow and space to dine in also very conjusted. But taste is not impressive like howdy next to this outlet.

Their menu does not explain the details of the Burgers. The guy serving us was quite helpful though and explained everything in detail.The Burgers from the XL menu were not available.Burgers are very nice. Patty is soft, buns are fresh and the fries are good.

Seriously amazing burgers since 2012. They have come a long way, from a Facebook page to proper outlet, good feels! The only down side is their slightly expensive menu. Beside they were and are still serving the best burgers in town. Keep it up

Cgc has a solid burger albeit i think for the joints ambiance and overall experience dinning in it is a litte overpriced for the price tag on offer. But again sometimes peopl just want a solid burger experience, then this is the place in islamabad. Their XL burgers are large enough on their own to fulfill a hungry guy.

Enjoyable burger place. The taste is delicious. The inside of burger is juicy and not more than necessary wet. Currently serving few different options but yes they need to be tried out quickly. Most importantly a burger costs you around 350 rupees. Like how often you get to experience this.

Very bad experience, they re-cooked old french fries and served with meal. I returned the fries clearly telling the waiter theyre not freshly cooked and the cook sent back mixed fries (fresh and re-cooked). Plus a bone came in chicken patty of burger. Also, they are overpriced.Overall experience was very bad and I would never go to this place again and will not recommend anyone.

Sent me the wrong order. Refused to listen when I called insisted I listen to the order recording on whatsapp. Did not bother look at the order receipt they sent me. Appalling customer service. I would highly recommend against ordering to such a rude outlet who cant admit their mistake and chastise their clients. Sent me 2 onion jam burgers I ordered 2 original XL Meals. Wasted 1875 rs. Please dont bother.

Above average beef burgers. Get the Override! Its INSIDE Hot Spot, so a little tricky to locate. Hot Spot is mostly overflowing with high schoolers though. Id recommend getting a home delivery.
