Pictures look better than the hotel actually is. Location is good but the hotel is just okay. The room description said sofa beds but there were no sofa beds and we were given mattresses to put on the floor. We got only 1 extra pillow with three mattresses. When we asked for more pillows we were told to use extra pillows from the beds instead. There is only 1 lift and it can barely fit 3 people. Not worth the money in my opinion.

The breakfast was nice. Rates are good. I was worried about parking but it was very easy to find a spot in front of the hotel. Room quality is pretty good and the bed was comfortable. Good internet is always very important for me, and they did not disappoint. The staff was kind and helpful.

From the moment I got here the friendly staff and management went above and beyond for me expectations. From my awkward early morning arrival to checkout. The rooms were spacious, clean and air conditioned with a good set of amenities.Room service was quick and I would recommend this hotel to locals as well as international guests especially because of the early check-in times it can offer and its great location in F7 (approx. 5/10 minutes to Faisal Masjid and the Centaurus Mall).

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and to be bluntly honest it is at best a 2 star property. The hotel is not sound proof and you will be kept awake with the slightest of street noise. Hygiene standards are very questionable and there is a strange odur in the shower room. we decided not to eat breakfast as the food operation looked less than sub standard. If you have western standards dont stay here. Dont be fooled by staged web photos re hotel standards, however staff were pleasant.

Perfect for stay with friends. Not recommended for family or couple just because it doesnt give that vibe.

As a 3 star hotel its good. Rooms are small but comfortable.Lift is too small, it is difficult to stand with your luggage in the lift.

Renovated hotel, as the rooms are comfortable and good looking (Rooms are standard as 3 star intl).Yes lift is tiny and stairs are too sloppy, need careful use if needed.Staff is good and same time irresponsible as my booked 2 rooms were given to another.. we accommodated adjacent Envoy hotel (yes good one). If econo rate then i can recommend to other people.

Very much enjoyed my stay shelton hotel this week. Staff are friendly and very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was powerful and the all-round experience of staying in this hotel was great.

Tanveer called us and messaged us on the day of the booking to confirm our stay.*Rent is very affordable.CONS:*While climbing or descending from stairs, be very careful as they are sloppy.*Elavator has room for 2 persons only but that really didnt bother us.* Tap water was cold.* We had horrible people in the neighboring room who were talking/shouting loudly till 12.00 am and even the staff failed to control this issue but it wasnt the staffs fault. Public should have common sense to be quiet when staying in hotels.From our experience, the room on 5th floor was definitely more beautifully decorated than the one on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend room#504 for couples. Overall we had a very comfortable and awesome experience. InshaAllah will definately come back here again.Advise to owners: Thank you so much and please dont increase your prices.

I have stayed in Sheltons Ambassador twice and both times have just loved the experience. Its a brand new hotel and therefore everything is new. Some construction work is still going on but thats a minor hindrance. The Staff is amazing and the main guy Tanveer is always willing to go the extra mile for you.I will continue staying in this hotel on my very frequent (twice a month) visits to Islamabad

The ambiance was amazing. The staff members were extremely empathetic towards attending the guests. I checked in at a later time in the night and had not issues from checking in to room service. Id recommend families and working indivduals to do check in, the location is very convenient as well.

Great place to unwind. The staff is courteous and cleanliness is top notch and on top of that the rooms are spacious and the locality is blue area, the heart of Islamabad. The only downside being the unavailability of food in the hotel except for breakfast , which is very limited and desi.

Loved the rooms and the staff was really cooperative. Felt like home. The location is also very prime, walking distance from Centaurus mall. The view from the rooms is also very nice. Would love to visit it again.

It does not look anything like the photos, I am there right now and its 1:40 am! I am awake cause of the sound that elevator makes, had to complain twice and then they kept pretending it was from outside, finally as it was unbearable I went and then they confessed oh it is the elevator !If you want to stay in the worst place possible where you cane even sleep book this hotel
