I wouldnt complain about the wonderful environment of this beautiful hotel!This place is blessed with a calm environment, very calm and warm in winter, you need to believe me in that regards!I was satisfied with the decorations and cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that the decoration is a blend of artificial and natural products make it look special!The rooms, furnitures, washrooms and floors of the hotel are well maintained!I am writing the review, sitting in room 202, and I am deeply honest with all what I have depicted!One thing which bothered me though, was the food which was served to me yesterday!I had ordered 8 ... and 3 plates of vegetable rice with my family but what I received was, one plate rice, and only two of the...The waiter was not able to defend himself and was making excuse that the service is not flexible in days of COVID-19!So my suggestion, dont ruin your Dinner here, at least at far as the COVID-19 persists!One thing to mention though, we had to do our Dinner again at the Melody Food Street which was worthy!Thats enough for this hotel!Stay blessed!

Only great thing is its location. Most of offices are easily acessible. Room rent is comparatively lower then others. Melody food street and Aabpara Market as nearby locations adds value to it. Room service is average. Complimentary break fast is available but items are very limited. Initially it was good but now it is downgraded.

It is my best hotel whenever I go to Islamabad I prefer to stay Ornate very nice rooms and a good atmosphere around the hotel everything available such as food medicine transport and many more

I stayed in room 102 with RS4800/ night for a very small room with out dated furniture and not maintained bathroom with broken fitting .Hotel rates were fine but they charged RS580 extra for a Mattress which other competitive hotel give as a complimentary. Parking is an issue specially in day time as hotel doesnt have a parking and you have to park on the market Street where its hard to find a spot and also not safe.Hotel need to increase their standard of housekeeping and furniture in the room, old furniture is still in use.Good thing is that you get a complimentary breakfast which starts at 7am.I stayed in the same hotel about 4 years back and I was expecting the same service and room, but I was highly disappointed with room and service.

A three star hotel in Melody Market behind Islamabad hotel but more neat and clean than a big Islamabad hotel. Reasonable rates and well maintained. Its owner Mr. Chatha is nice person and knows how to run the hotel. Nice place to stay in the centre of city.
