One of the nice experience I had there. All rooms were very nice with basic and luxury facilities.

Very laid back. Feels more like a Motel than a proper hotel when it comes to service. The rooms arent bad for the price though. Get the Margalla facing rooms if you can.

The hotel is at busiest area of Isb, Blue Area. Multiple offices and commercial areas on both sides of the main street. Centauras mall is also near. Single room occupancy is neat, clean and spacious. The rooms texture is a bit old, and could be comparable with Hill View hotel at Jinnah Super (which seems a better choice, and cheaper than crown plaza)

Luxury delux rooms in Rs 10 k per night, staffs conduct is a bit poor, however overall services lie upto the standard. Thumbs up

Its old, not old in the sense of services as the staff was welcoming and they did their best to make us comfortable, we got hot water and central heating, but its old as, old boring rooms, old furniture, ancient equipment, and faulty things, just to sum up in business or pleasure way, if I am on business trip then I might think about staying again but in other case I am not even going to consider it.

Hotel was costly as compared to its condition, need proper maintenance. Moreover, food quality was totally pathetic.

Clean hotel with not so clean looking finishes. The rooms are new but look dirty(no hair in sight was a good sign) especially the room toilets(not white tiled but our were reddish marbled) and this is very unfortunate because the staff was nice. I felt the staff was on edge though as if I or any of my family members were better off and needed to tip heavily to get better behaviour like smiles or cooperation. I did tip lightly deliberately to check and was surprised to know that the staff will smile and cooperate (like speedy service) for even less tip money so that was a good surprise. The hotel doesnt feel safe but when you think about safety you realize it is safe.

Lobby is average. Room service is quick. Bed comfort is good quality. Rooms are quiet. Wifi is 24/7 with good speed. Breakfast items are just below average in taste although variety is there. Overall 4/5.

Nice place for small conference or meetings

The customer service was awesome. The breakfast was so good with many varieties including continental, local, American. I greatly recommend this hotel. I will stay again this hotel. This is perfect hotel for family as well as business trip. The shopping mall is on five minutes walk.

The checkin process was quick and the staff (Mr Naqi) like always so helpful. This was our 4th stay at HCP. First the breakfast was delicious and the serving staff, helpers at the gate and the bell boys were great. Thanks for their service.Few things which were frustrating. We had to go out within an hour of checking in and requested Iron/Ironing Board and got it after and hour and reminding 4 times. Though, we had mentioned in our booking us as a family, still only 1 towel was provided. After requesting repeatedly, we got one more only.The last most disappointing part was the crib. We asked for a crib for our baby and we were provided a very old looking crib. Luckily, my wife lifted the mattress before putting our baby in and found mouse feces underneath. Ive a photo of it but not putting it here intentionally. Housekeeping manager and staff were swift in their response and provided a comfortable bed for our baby. I mentioning it here so it never happens again for another baby staying over there. If a crib isnt provided, then please just say no.

Wonderful budget hotel in middle of Blue Area (exclusive commercial area). This place has a decent restaurant and moderate banqueting facilities. Great for mid card corporate events and family stay.

It was nice place but the rooms need more improvement

It’s not American chain hotel any more, needs lots and lots of improvement. In fact I felt I was tricked by booking companies and it’s over priced. I’m very thankful for an early checked in. Check out experience was bit different, I ran out of my bottle water and check Clark wanted to charge me for the water, what a shameNo doubt service staff are fantastic, very accommodating, well mannered and hard working.

The place is very nice and clean. The rooms are not stuffy and are actually very spacious. The price isnt too heavy on the pocket either. So you can have a good experience if you wish to stay at a place that is of international standards but at a reasonable price.Also, the complimentary breakfast I had was also amazing. And trust me, I love food. So I mean it when I say it was amazing. I dont eat chicken and eggs, so you can exclude that from this review, to be fair, because I wouldnt know what that was like. However, guessing from the number of people who were eating all that, Im guessing it wasnt bad either.

Good location, good room, excellent Staff

Overall nice hotel. Breakfast items could have more variety though.One incident that occurred was when I ordered a steak from room service. Halfway through my meal I noticed the (now-half-eaten) steak was raw in the center. I called room service and asked them to cook the same steak a little more. They agreed immediately and after a while brought me an entire new one instead- with fresh helpings of vegetables and fries. It was a pleasant surprise and I appreciate it very much.

I love its location and economy. Place is in the middle of Blue Area, nearby food points and quite easy access to all Islamabad popular attractions.Buffet breakfast and food is fresh, quite reasonable in the price and upto mark considering the average prices in Islamabad.Room decor is old so expect some wear and tear but clean and spacious rooms.Lifts can hold maximum 5 to 6 people, rest all is Ok.People are good, treat guests with respect and smile and were attentive to the guests affairs.

Air conditioning doesn’t really work , had to ask for a Room change but had same problem in the new Room aswell.Cleaning staff opened the Front Door TWICE with her own Key card while i was in the Room without even knocking on the Door which was Really embarrassing and Rude.

I had visited Crown Plaza Hotel three times but had no opportunity to stay there. It is situated in Blue Area near Faisal Avenue. Its location is very good. However, parking is not convenient. I have found rooms quite OK

A good hotel for your routine travels. A stayed in a deluxe double bed room. The mattress can be improved, pillows are okay. The room is nice. The windows need sound proofing (one ones facing the mountain side) because of the busy area and commercial activity. If you are a shallow sleeper then this isnt the room for you. Never the less the view is intense. The sofa is comfortable. Mini-bar can be improved. The fruit basket is nourishing.The restroom is also comfortable. Linen was clean, oderless and in good condition.Food is generally reasonably priced and tastes good too. The complimentary breakfast could have a few more dishes to it. Fruits, cereals and gravy section was compromised.The car parking can be a problem in busy days, even though I found a great spot Everytime.The lobby is a bit small, oh and they have a roof top too. Good place to hang out.Generally I found the room , the hotel, the staff , very nice. I would always keep this hotel in my short list of places to stay in Islamabad.Cheers team Crown Plaza!! It is located in heart of city where view is really awesome. The hotel staff is pretty kind with awearnes of hospitality tips. Food quality is good except they will have to work on clean environment in lobby area where I have bad experience while having breakfast as small insects were moving near to food dishes. However, room was clean with old furniture so they must think to upgrade them in order to meet the criteria.In nut shell, my experience was not bad.
