Charged for random things without telling anything about them. Its a scam. Half the sinks dont work, no warm water and toilets dont flush.

We had a very comfortable stay. The interior is quite modern and our room was spacious. The staff was friendly. The manager on duty, Huzaifa, was a thorough professional.

We stayed there in last week of july rooms were good and clean but abit small with complimentary break fast they have a very good lounge where you can have cup of tea you can walk to the F6 market have lunch or coffee also the room service was good.overall a good guesthouse

Its an amazing place stay with family while in Islamabad. Located in the main Super Market F6 Markaz area which is the best part. Overall service and facilities standard is also good. The rates a bit higher though. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. They should include some children playing area kind of thing.

Quiet place, good service with a caring staff, would suggest this place if you are staying for a night or 2 in Islamabad. Nothing beats the pleasure of waking up to the mesmerising view of the beautiful mountains.

This is a bangalow converted into a hotel. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. Some rooms have bigger space than others due to the structure.Staff is very courteous.Breakfast is good and fresh. Variety is limited.Staff is very courteous. Many good restaurants at a walking distance.Washrooms have been renovated but still lack finesse. Need to be gave better washrooms based on room rate being charged.

A very nice experience! If you dont want to pay a fortune and still want to stay in a central area with top notch service, Serai is the way to go. Placed perfectly besides F-6 Markaz (super) its close to everything. A coffee house is just a few steps away so casual meetings can happen conveniently. Highly Recommended!

The deluxe sweet was nice and big and everything was very comfortable. The main door and the bathroom doors dont shut properly without a bang. Bathroom was comfortable but not well maintained.The breakfast was excellent and was served on ur requirements with fresh apple juice.If they do improve the above mentioned things, I think it is the best small hotel to stay in Islamabad.

Along with the 5 stars I must add that I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The managerial staff was very accommodating and courteous and made sure that every request of mine was taken care of promptly and without any hesitation or fuss. The rest of the hotel staff was also very polite and very responsible and carried out their tasks without any delay. The food was great as well....had the pizza which was recommended by one of the managers. I had placed the order in the evening and he made sure it was ready to be served just as I got back to the hotel at night. The rooms were nice and cozy and very clean and so was the bathroom. Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel and is built in what used to be a consulate from what I could tell so its not a big hotel but smaller than your average hotel and more personalized which I liked.The hotel itself is located at a very good location with a market area right in front of it with coffee shops and general stores and a beautiful view of the hills just behind it. Would definitely reccomend this hotel if u plan on staying in Islamabad and I will definitely be staying there if I manage to get a room next time Im in the city.

The hotel is quaint family oriented and very peaceful with great service. Duty Manager Huzaifa is extremely professional and seasoned guest relations person do ask for him when making a booking as he gives great advice and takes care during your stay.

Cozy small guest house with good ambiance. Our guests enjoyed a night stay at the property. Main F 6 Markaz at walking distance. Guy at the reception was a bit unprofessional.

This place is a gem nestled in the heart of Islamabad. The ladies can have tons of fun by visiting the Khaadi next door. There are also nearby markets with access to great restaurants and other shopping havens.A gas station (petrol pump in Pakistani lingo) is also next door. You definitely need to be prepared to feed the engines of all those Land Cruisers that are found in the capital. I have been all over the world, including Doha because the Qataris love their Land Cruisers, but Islamabad beats them all. And to think that they cost four times as much in Pakistan as they do in the GCC. One wonders where all this money comes from.OK, never mind the social commentary. The Serai is great and the staff is very attentive, especially in the lounge.

A nice place, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The place is near the main market making it a very convenient place to stay, restaurants grocery stores and shopping is just a few minutes of walk. The bathrooms could have been better, the floor gets wet and tends to stay wet, a wiper in the bathroom would be great. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Elite environment. Services are very good. Room was cozy, clean, heated (visited during winter) and equipped with all necessary things one could need for stay out of the home. Especially the major difference was the cool, quite ambience. Recommended.

Excellent service and very clean rooms

The room are good, washroom are so so and need renovation especially the Vanity. There is no parking place and you have to park right opposite to the hotel which is normally crowded with the cafes around. The breakfast starts at 0730 hrs and you have to order so if you have plans to leave early I guess you have to add this time or ask for breakfast at room which I didnt check. I was not happy with my stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at Serai Boutique hotel. The minute I stepped out of the car, I was greeted by their manager. The staff made me so comfortable. They were extremely courteous, checked in with me everyday about my stay and made every effort to make me feel like I was at home. Mr. Ayaz Khans sincerity, courtesy, and professionalism was beyond my expectations. His trustworthiness, courtesy, and hospitality were the main reasons that I extended my stay at this hotel. Every single person in their staff was just wonderful. My special thanks to Marco, Ayaz Khan, Maqsood, and Kashif.What a wonderful team there !
