Today went to Miniso at GigaMall Basement. 3rd class response by one of the staff. He was hardly interested to respond to my queries. I had to ask him in the language he understood and then he was all apologetic for his poor behaviour.Miniso plz tell ur staff to atleast listen to customers.PS: I was not just on a window shopping spree. Bought 2 x kids toy from the shop.Thanks

Is there a change facility in a week?

Decent quality products at good prices. Sales staff can be more refined in their dealings with customers. Plus, be aware, they charge Rs. 15 for every shopping bag you take from them. This was the first time in my life that I got charged for a flipping shopping bag.

Good customer service

The staff was friendly but there was a long queue for payments because of single counter operation. This can be improved with double counter operation.

Not particularly cheap but great minimalist aesthetic.

Miniso. Their products are long lasting and durable although very sophisticated.
