The prices are high on the other hand the services are below the mark. The staff doesnt know how to do manicure and pedicure. The nails colors are dry. I would not go again......

Im not the sort to ever leave negative reviews but I was very disappointed by the services at this salon. It was my first visit and I was running short of time so I called the salon up before hand to confirm if they will be able to do the services I needed in a given time. I was assured they can, however that never played out! Not only was I late, they ruined the only two services i got done. I took my own hair color for root touch up to make sure they dont get too dark, firstly i kept requesting the girl to ask someone to give her a hand since i dont have enough time, she totally ignored my request, then they set me up for manicure and pedicure and applied chunky dried nail color in the name of opi! During which I had dye on my head! I had to ask them twice to ask the lady to check the time but I was ignored again, after over an hour the girl finally came and washed my hair... pitch black and super damaged! I still didnt react. I just wanted to get out of that place. While doing my hair i kept asking if she could ask someone to give her a hand to which she finally said no one is free when I could see girls chilling out in a room behind us!I will never recommend this place to anyone nor am I ever going back! My hair is ruined and the main pedi left my nails yellow!

A good saloon in F11/1 for ladies only.

My wife loves this place, she says it is reasonable rate,great service, friendly staff and everything used is disposable and very clean.
