Clean, modern, calm environment. Variety of Drinks and cakes available. Nutella slice with coffee was divine. Prices similar to any Costa or Starbucks but better in every sense of the word. Comfortable seating with a no hassle approach.

This is their best outlet. The staff is very professional when it comes to taking care of the coffee machine. Espressos are neat and the milk steaming wand is cleaned frequently, leaving you with a very pleasant latte or cappuccino

Among my favorite go-to places for freshly brewed coffee that offers wide variety of barista-crafted coffees, along with good sandwiches, bakery items and croissants! Highly Recommended!

Perfectly brewed coffees in town. The place is nice and spacious with couteous staff. The annoying thing is the constant music they never turn off.

Best coffee in locality with very cooperative staff. One could come daily for coffee and never get disappointed. Sufficient siting capacity and good ambiance. Music is but loud at times. Internet speed is really good, we do need it as 3G/4G services of mobile companies is invariably poor in the mall.

Sugar must be sufficient enough, like if one is asking for extra still the serving is insufficient.

Table and the serving tray are dirty. The staff is not bothered even on pointing out. Can see 04 people chatting behind the counter. The Americano is good!

Their credit card machine is faulty. It charged me without printing a receipt showing a void transaction and I had to pay cash.In any case, the lattes are descent but DO NOT go for brewed coffee as their machine is not working as of July 20th.

The white hot chocolate that I got from them didnt taste like white hot chocolate at all.

Very pathetic experience of capoucino and expresso dark choclate. Had very harmful night after having the capucino from Second Cup.

Its a bit expensive but the place is great. Coffee tastes great. The ambiance is amazing. Also the sizes are very large. Small cup seems like a large one. I would always pick the smallest one.

Best cup of coffee in town. Its not overrated like most other places, my favorite is there latte. Also there snacks are worth a try as well, specially there salads.

I will be very honest here, there are many coffee shops in Islamabad, but Second cup stands out of the rest, be it this branch or any branch. Their small is equal to medium and large of many others, their Flat White is just the best you can have, if you ever crave coffee or want to grab the morning sip, look no further!

Coffee at its best, but not the top one in town, because yet we have another top competitor known as Gloria Jeans in town but unfortunately Starbucks got some serious bugs in Pakistan so thats why they are not even trying to get into Pakistani market. RIP Starbucks.
