This is a very nice place at Jinnah super market for dining specially with family. Ambiance is quite delicate, food presentation is awesome, quality and taste is up to the mark. Welcome crackers are fresh. Timing is nice too. Overall recommended to have a quality time with family.

We were craving some yummy desi food lately so decided to try the newely launched BBQ Bazaar after reading so many good reviews at several food forums.Now lets jump straight onto the review, upon entering, Manager greeted us and escorted us to the table. Staff was well mannered and attentive and restaurant was not overly crowded. It was super clean with great ambiance. Perfect lightinging and nice music in slow volume. We ordered their famous bbq (fish tikka, Chicken malai boti, Mutton chops and Rasmasa kebabs)along with Qabuli pulao and Shinwari namkeen karhai.They immediately served us namak paras with tamarind sauce as an appetizer. I loved that tamarind sauce btw it was a perfect balance of sweet and sour. I literally finished it with a spoon, it was that tasty. Food arrived right after 25 minutes of placing the order. It was piping hot and freshly prepared. Loved how they served the BBQ in those skewers along with mint and tamarind dips.I loved fish tikka and malai boti the most. Rasmasa kebabs were nice too.However, mutton chops were a bit tough and lacking flavour. Kabuli pulao and Namkeen karhai were the stars of the show. Both were perfectly cooked and spices were very balanced. Single serving was good enough for two people and last but not the least, prices were quite reasonable as compared to the other restaurants of the same area.Final verdict : Loved it and highly recommend it to all the desi food lovers out there!!

Tried BBQ bazaars lunch buffet.There food was ok but due to speed of live serving the experience was down. Others were also complaining.Beef jhulput was good otherwise presentation of food and the appearance was very disappointing.

The special thing about this place is that they offer deals which are highly reasonable per person along with that ambience is nice. Lastly their sitting arrangement isnt comfortable at all.

Used to be a good restaurant for biryani etc. Today it turned out to be a disappointment. We ordered fish and chips. It was not cooked properly. They took 20 minutes to fix that mistake. Mistake is funny and worth sharing. Service staff told me that chef put fish in cold oil thats why it is not crispy. We are not cows chef uncle. Then biryani arrivd. Cold and tasteless. Upon complain they offered complimentary green tea. So generous. I will not go to food department to check kitchen and quality of ingredients. Just a simple protest, hope people who read this review will avoid to go to this restaurant.

Last time we visited with my office team and they have the great taste everything is cook at its best.

On Wed evening it was almost full so we sat outside as there was a weird meat smell inside.Food: They served namak paray with tamarind sauce as an appetizer, perfect start to the meal.The sauce was so good that we ended up ordering refills twice , on point with sweet and savory blend.Being a bbq joint this is the best they have there.We ordered chicken chatkhara boti and the flavours were just bursting in mouth spicy and yummy with tamarind and mint chutney.It was served on skewers, the waiter quickly pulled them out on our plates before i could take a picture. If you want bbq just go there.Chicken karahi and tawa keema were just regular like any other place.Service: Attentive staff, food was served within half an hour.There was some guy at the entrance seemed manager or owner was extremely concerned if we liked our food.When we raised our concern on tawa qeema he very politely offered to replace it with any other bbq item or a curry on the house but we were full by then.When we were done they served us complimentary qahwa with jaggery to compensate which had a nice subtle flavour.Really appreciate their gesture as these tiny things help in bringing customers back.Damage on pocket: Very reasonable unlike other desi joints in the vicinity.Overall a pleasant dining experience.

A wonderfull little restaurant with out of the world tasting bar b q items. The place is nicely decorated and is really spacious inside considering this is a small eatery. I tried the chicken kababs and the sindhi biryani. The kababs were perfect; soft yet juicy. The sindhi biryani was a totally different story; it tasted like salty zarda, the dish was completely yellow in color and one can confuse it with zarda. Some of thw boneleaa chicken pieces in the dish were hard and seemed under cooked. I would recommend this place dor bar b q dishes only, do not waste your.money on the sindhi biryani!

Overall experience was absolutely below average. The soup specially chicken corn and hot n sour was not worth it.Bar b que platters were barely Ok, nothing special what others cant offer.The only positive side was the chapli kebab else was either average or below average.

Extremely bad experience, extremely poor service with average taste. First of all waiter misguided while making order than they couldn’t fulfill breads i.e. garlic naan & roti. They served rice after several reminders when everybody done with meal.Highly not recommended when you are group of more than 4 because it seems they can’t serve large gatherings.They apologized at the end but they spoiled our dinner.

Great if you are a bbq lover and want to have from a vast variety.

Not so good, not so bad. I have tried only mutton karahi and lamb chops. Karahi is bit better but lamb chops were plain in taste. Not like authentic shinwari or Peshawari flavour.

Bbq Bazar has stolen my heart. I really enjoyed my first and only experience, everything was scrumptious and perfectly tendered. If I get a chance Ill go for it again and repeatedly. You can also have your meal from there.

A very small buffet but ala carte was more elaborate. First time here so I was a bit skeptical....food came in good time. It was really really awesome! Good sized portions, absolutely fresh. Tasty! Crisp salad, well made oriental dressings.Better than expected local food experience.Not too pricey either.Go here.

When it comes to BBQ, this place does have a variety to offer. Nothing actually stands out as something out of the ordinary. Their imli chutney is worth mentioning. And their karahi servings are deceivingly small.

B.b.q items are served in an amazing way. Food is tasty

I would literally give them a zero star if could. The food was so pathetic and it took an hour or so to bring it our table, when we tasted the food it was cold. Service is really poor they dont even listen to what you have to say really un-professional behavior.

Food was okay, butter chicken is recommended. Although they had written VISA cards accepted but the server said the machine is not available.

One of the best, and all time recommended place for authentic BBQ and desi cuisine. Their BBQ is amazing considering all aspects of cooking to quality of meat to spice perfection. It has made its place in Islamabafs booming cafe business very quickly. A totally recomenedd place for eatout with family or friends.

Chapali kabab was good though.

A nice and clean restaurant. We had soup and salad for lunch. Both were good. Waiter had a hard time jotting down our order, which was surprising as we both ordered the same soup, and our order was pretty simple. The restaurant seems bit overrated.

Good ambiance, average menu, expensive but good food

Had one of the best Iftaar experiences this season. The service team was amazing. Shahi Tukray had finished by the time we had done with savoury items. The team had them made especially for us. They were great. The staff courtesy was remarkable.

Food was good but the items in platter was not enough, like 1-2 piece of behari kabab and 1-2 pices of chicken but so many pieces of fish.

Desi food was on point. However, a little overpriced. Service was not remarkable. Since there are a very few restaurants in Islamabad providing desi food with a good ambience, I would consider this one if i am ever in search of desi food in Islamabad.

Best spicy mutton chops. Yes its hot n super spicy but worth trying it. Very tender well cooked.

If u r a bbq lover, then this place should be your next stop. Their bbq is so good regarding taste and prices are good as well and the ambiance is cherry on top. But I didnt find their lassi that well as it was made of unfresh yogurt and literally spoiled the taste of my mouth at the end. But this place is worth a try otherwise (if u dont order lassi over here)
