Quaint little place with LoTR theme thats mostly surface level. The food was ok. The prices, especially for steaks, are lower than other places so good if you are on a tight budget. I ordered chicken steaks, which were okayish. Chicken was a bit dry and the sauteed onions were not sauteed. I would not recommend getting the steak. The veggies were good. The fries that came along with were outstanding though. So maybe burgers could be a better option. Signature drinks were good.

After 3 hours of long waiting time with the justification being about the order being fresh, i was more than just disappointed when i received rushed, yet cold burgers with buns you can chip away like powder and the veges cut in such a way that indicates a knife was handled for the first time in a life.Their recommended and top selling Beast Burger is the epitome of how NOT to make a burger because the patties will be bland and taste like ash. Their Gandalf Burger was fine as it had a unique taste to it and their Sauron Burger tasted a tiny bit better than it looked like in the featured images(hint: it looked horrific because of too much cheese).1 bite is all it takes for the burger to completely fall apart which can add up to the mood when ordering delivery (cheese and sauces spilled everywhere)The burgers are still quite cheap for how sating they are but if it comes down to the value for the money, there are far better options out there.

Price was good, 50% off on chicken burgers but a bit of compromise on quality. Ill pay more for good quality, price does not matter unless quality is good.

The service was very slow. The ambience of the cafe was very dull, the lighting was dull due to which the whole cafe/restaurant looked depressing. The service was very slow as well and unprofessional, but they were polite. We ordered burgers which tasted good, a bang for the buck, especially my Cheesy Sauron, but The Wizard was not a good experience.

Their burgers are one of the best in economy prices, the sauce was good and unique, definitely not bland mayo. Highly recommended.

10/10 for the Gimli special burger.I havent been to the place; this is a review of the food only. Ive tried their Gimli special, both beef and chicken, and both tasted really well. Just enough juicy and as much of their distinct sauce, to give a delicious treat to your taste buds. The price is also good, when compared to other cafes. Would definitely visit their place to know more about the whole environment and other food items

Reasonable burgers. Poor description and recognition of the actual ingredients in the sauces by the ?manager- this information should be clearly available for customers. Vegetables nicely seasoned and prepared with herbs though could do with less oil!Ought to provide wholewheat buns because IT IS a healthier and more palatable option.Chips were horribly too soggy-a bland job. Great effort with the decor - especially the circular wooden large door window(the Chinese do that as well).Need to tone down or better still switch off the background music--much too noisy.

Had it delivered. Food was good but took a long time to deliver. However, putting that aside, i think you guys can really improve if u start making ur own sauces instead of using manufactured pre-packed material. Mayo garlic fries were just mayo fries, sort of disappointing.

Best burgers in whole city.

Burgers are outclass, have eaten many places but the taste here is outclass, but quality consistency is different, just ate now, the buns were dry like 3-4 hours old, ruined my appetite, will complain to the owner next time i visit ...
