Best decision ever.Loved the taste and the generous quantity in the hitea platter, all this with a choice of mint margarita or pinacolada etc, tea/coffee in Rs.999 with tax included. ( i couldnt believe my ears yes )Alfredo needed some more flavor, otherwise the chicken roulade and the sliders were the best item on the table. The rest were pretty decent too!Starters: prawn tempura and dynamite prawns: Both were perfectly flavored.Desi items: we ordered cheesy handi, chicken handi and cheesy kebabs along with green boti. Everything was exceptional. ( i always heard good reviews abt their desi)

Environment was good, food quantity was good too but taste was not so good, need improvements.

BBQ Champs (?Ribs because it was mostly bone!) x 6 pieces for 1250- & BBQ Mutton tika 28 ( but actually 26 pieces bcoz 2 were actually fat bits) for 1200/-. Mutton retails at around 900/- per kg. Both these dishes were certainly less than 250 mg wt each. So do the math folks.... there is a x5 fold profit made on at least the tika boti.-this IS CONSIDERABLY expensive- and for what? Fact is, you could prepare fresher, similar food at home. Its worth thinking whether its worth paying for that high profit margin just because someone else is cooking and even then NOT according to how YOU might quite like it(e.g. less charring(best avoided) and less marinade)- just their own standard style. We were glad it wasnt spicy though--heres hoping that stays a constant. Eating should not be injurous. Even as restaurants have stayed closed and so dont incur any in-dining costs, the price of menu items has actually increased! Delivery costs were waived (presumably for local delivery) which was a thoughtful gesture. It would be good to see an introduction of a more customised BBQ platter becoz some just dont enjoy malai boti or reshmi kebab. The packaging was approved because it was resuable and recyclable & NOT polystyrene. It all makes a difference to a restaurants quality when it shows it thinks beyond the stomach.

Tried their hi-tea which was a steal. Roulade chicken, soufflé, pasta and strawberry lemonade were the pick of the bunch!2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults would easily feel full after sharing the hi tea platter!Strawberry lemonade was surprisingly good while Pina Colada was disappointing and had an aftertaste that was similar to bitter almonds for some reason!

Snug little place with probably the best service that I have ever experienced in the twin cities. Food can use a bit of improving but then again, taste is subjective. Only qualm would be the fact that credit cards werent accepted. A way to escape tax maybe?

A nice, trendy and good place for a variety of food. The fried ice cream, is worth a try in the deserts. The prices are reasonable too. The down side is the non-acceptance of credit cards.

Hamlet Bar B Q is a Pakistani food restaurant. The taste and quality is by far superior than what I have come across in Islamabad and Rawalpindi restaurants. Prices are a bit on the higher side but the service and taste you get is worth it.

I visited Hamlet Bar BQ on 14 Sep 2019. The food standard was barely satisfactory. Moreover, there was lot of distubance from restaurant staff while one is consuming food.They were interfering unnecessarily by asking ie, how is food, need cold drink(asked again and again), need any thing more etc. When I asked comments card, it was consist of three categories, good/better and best. What about, if someone wants to comment unsatisfactory/satisfactory.

They are a bit over priced as compared to the original Kentucky grill in Saddar. Ambiance is good but the food taste of Saddar branch is better. Hamlet food is very spicy.
