Its ok!This is my second time I ordered Iskandar kabap and been disappointed. In total we ordered 3 different dishes and found that the same meat goes into all of them.( I rated 3 star just because you get to eat Turkish food in Islamabad as there arent many options. Plus its a family friendly place with friendly staff and a convenient location)

Visited this place after ages. Sitting conditions were the worst.I dont know what happened to the old one. Seems like they are rennovating but still. Food quality and taste were below average. Most of the dishes werent available. Meat was a bit smelly. Only hummus was outstanding.

The best turkish food in twin cities. Now a days the restaurant is under renovation after 5 years of their operations. The lentil soup and turkish doner are their specialities. They had a sweet corner too for delicious baklava. One must visit them to taste the delicious turkish food. Highly recommended.

Istanbul restaurant is in F-6 Markaz Islamabad. They serve Turkish cuisine I liked it very much. Good variety of food excellent ambience and nice customer service. The only problem I had was no soap in wash room when I told them they said you can go to ladies one In my opinion that was not appropriate solution.

You get a little less than what you pay for, the flavour isnt anything special, and the service is a bit slow. Its okay if you wanna try it once but I wont be heading there again. The pizza was better than the rest of the items.

Good authentic food taste was amazing and unique everything was fresh. Value of money is better compared to nearby restaurants. The staff was really friendly, service was good you don’t have to sit for long waiting for food. Do try their Turkish pizza, kababs, donar and Turkish tea.There is room to improve ambience and give it more Turkish looks.If you checkin on face book there they give complimentary Turkish tea with cake.

Unfortunately, this all comes in a humble ambience!Your must try list: Iskender Kebab, Adana Kebab, Shish Taouk, Eggplant salad (Arabic Mutabbal), and Pide (Turkish ground meat pizza). Dont miss their sweets (Kunafa and Rice pudding).

Go-to place in town for authentic Turkish food. I liked the taste of everything I ordered. The ambiance is not as good as you would find in some other restaurants but the food is authentic and tastes great. I personally liked Iskander Kebab the most.

Very Delicious turkish cusines.

This is one of the better places to dine in in and an exotic taste not much different from the real one from Turkey. If you are a spice fanatic then I would not recommend you this place very few like to have different cuisines from around the world and you can appreciate the taste simple things make then this is a place for you.Great rice great barbecues and some of the Turkish delights that use you normally find in Turkey only. Good cooperative staff very understanding they would let you know what the things are on the menu if you are new they would describe how this tastes and the orders comes fairly quickly and you can enjoy a hearty meal with your friends and family.The atmosphere could be a little better because somehow the barbeque scope seeps into the area which might be uncomfortable for people who are sensitive to smells otherwise a great place a great location great people and great food.

Authentic tastes, courteous staff that is able to speak English as well as other languages (great for tourists and Turkish natives), and great-tasting high-quality food thats a sure-fire hit with families and office groups. Not a lot of vegetarian options (mainly just the side salad, desserts, or cheese breads) and definitely no vegan or pescatarian options. But do try the guvec (beef), cheese pide (vegetarian), and tavuk kanat (if you want something with chicken).

Very unpleasant. Ive asked the price of kunafa, the guy first told me 400 when I went to receive my order, got a price of 485. The quality of kunafa wasnt reasonable.

Good food. Excellent service... order and try their adan kabab, doner chicken with rice and chops .... love the food... last time we visited we were surprised to learn that they serve lassi. We ordered one sweet lassi. It was really tasty... so I must say it is worth trying.

The food is all right and reasonably priced. It doesnt taste much like authentic Turkish food but its still quite good. The ambience is also great.

Its a restaurant which can offer you turkish taste somehow .It is not accurate as it should be .The prices are a bit high .One needs to be familier of different turkish dishes and its taste before placing order .The time they take is a bit lenghty.overall once experience of this place has no issue at all.

A dull place, havent really seen any customers around. I used to come here for Doners but unfortunately there are now better places in islamabad serving doners now.

Economical food but the ambiance is not so good. Doner Kabab is a must try.

Head to this place if you fancy a different perspective on bar-b-que. I dont know about turkmen cuisine but the food is yummy. I savoured the different take on zaatar which is unique and tasty. The black teas are a breeze and essential after the bar-b-que meals. The mix platter the pizzas are all a treat! Dont be disappointed by the decor or ambience which the owners have not paid much attention to.
