Service is good but way too expensive as compared to market

Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced staff. They do not allow bike owners to monitor their work and always ask them to sit far away from the bikes. A mechanic would stop working on a bike midway and start working on other bikes. Consequently, 3 to 4 mechanics work on a single bike which results in delayed service, negligence, and improper service. Furthermore, the mechanics are always talking to each other and joking around which even takes up more time. One of their mechanics even lost some part of my bike and was replacing it by taking off the same part from another bike that was left there to stay overnight. The owner is also rude and only takes care of the customers who require extensive work. They could not even change a bulb on my bike and spent nearly 30 minutes on it. Extremely disappointed from this place.

Excellent service, Ive tried many other service centers for my bike but this place is the best. They dont install mew parts unnecessarily, they dont charge alot of money. Only whats required. Last but not the least, they keep my engine running perfectly.

Not satisfied with their customer service. They are like pushing you to purchase parts from them and replace even if yours are working fine. Like tires etc.

Visited this place for two times. Very bad costumer service here. No one asks you about serving until you smack them in the head. Work quality is very bad. I took my bike there foe tunning, but instead of behaving better, my newly-tunned bike behaved worse than ever. I would recommend not to go to this place!

Poor After sales service by HondaToday (22/06/2019) I visit one of the authorise Service centre at Islamabad G-10/4I was totally surprised to see thier un-professional Attitude and also observed thier highly non technical skills by using JUGAR to repair and fixed the problem which fall in warranty terms condition.Basically, I am facing short circuit issue with my combination switch when i use high beam & Low beam switch then main fuse blowing and its happened 4 to 5 times I think combination switch assembly will require replacement with new one to resolve this matter however as mentioned he (owner of antenna services centre) tried to repair by using plastic shopping bags between headlight and wires hardness (JUGAR )And i just brought new bike one month ago (125 Special Addition) and total 1000 KM cover so far and 5 time already visited to workshop for said issueAnd totally disagreeing with this sub standard repair and then he started misbehavingI believe someone will take it seriously and provide solutions .

Need to pay 3 time more price If you want to get bike repair. Very Costly, they dont listen to clients they have their own theory for every repair. Although theres great rush anytime as theres non any work shop nearby...
