I went to this universal car ac for fixing my air condition of vitz. He charged me 3200 pkr for it. After 2 days the air condition stopped working, went to him again and thats when he keep on giving me excuses to come next day, etc i waited for him 2 weeks! Still no response. I would suggest every one to keep miles away frm this workshop!

After getting nowhere with Suzuki Islamabad, I Googled & found Universal Car AC. Based on Google & PakWheels reviews, I called to schedule an appointment. Mr. Abu Bakar had 2 customers already, but said that he had room for a third, so I drove from Pindi to get my 2006 Suzuki APVs AC serviced. I was given an estimate of Rs. 8,000. Three hours later both my front and rear ACs had been removed, cleaned, a filter assembly added to the system, gas filled, and I only paid Rs. 7,800!!! Equally impressive was that he and his employees kept working on the first three customer vehicles through to completion, even when 3 more customers were waiting (some not so patiently). I cant say enough good things about Universal Car AC!!!

Hi,I would like to share my experience with Abu Bakr on this forum.I believe that not only is he an expert in all things air conditioning in cars, he is very honest, humble and his prices are unbelievable. For what most garages charge for gas only, he serviced each of my car (I have had three cars serviced, two Citys and one Mehran) and have absolutely nothing but praise.Additionally, this is about the only 3rd party AC garage I know of where the system is vacuumed (all air is removed) before gas is filled.For a perspective, a complete service of my City (including cleaning of coil, changing of clutch washer, complete service of condenser and of course new gas) cost me around Rs. 4k only.Highly Recommended!!
