They will force you to change your brake pads, and do tunings, if even they are not needed. I have stopped going there. I took my brand new axio and they said to change everything. I also told the owner once that it is not needed. But again the second time I went there. They again asked me. That they would change the brake pads and do the tuning. After that I stopped going there. If the owner reads this comment. I told you last time not to this kind of thing to anyone. But greed will ruin your business. I use to bring three cars for oil change.

Fetching money from people. I experienced to change the oil of my car from this Havoline franchise but got so much disappointed. They charged the rate of the oil Rs.24/- per liter more than the actual. Actual oil price was Rs.606/- per liter printed on oil drum but they charged Rs.630/- per liter from me and on asking he didnt give any reasonable answer. Not only this, He charged extra charges for battery water that they fill without asking me. They should ask first for every service they provide even charging for that or not.

Lovely service with courteous staff. After a long time I found out that havoline products are available in Islamabad. They maintain record of your car along with the mileage and even text it to you for your record. I am very satisfied with their service and products and recommended to everyone as havoline products are amongst the best out there.

Lets be honest. The world is shifted to sythetic oil and Havoline still selling conventional oils. Ruining cars engine. Only one grade available in Synthetic.
