As expected, one of the best places to get and taste the delicious desi food in Islamabad. I eat at Habibi on regular basis and the quality is always super great.The ambience is classic Habibi design with nothing fancy. Habibi will always be the ultimate place for eating the best desi food.Highly recommended!!!

Idealy located, food was good and tasty, economical in this price, ambiance was good but the sitting place is a lil too cramped up. Needs some air open dinning too.

A very ordinary food taste with high prices. Certainly not worth the price. The quality of food wasnt upto the mark. Nor the ambiance was good. The staff had excuses to every problem I shared with them. No professionalism at all in serving and the amenities showed lack of interest in serving customers with the best.Would recommend to find other better options.

Very disappointed with the quality of food and overall service.Ordered honey wings which were tasty and cooked well.However the chicken and mutton karahi was probably the worst karahi I have ever eaten in Pakistan. Its surprising as surely a restaurant that serves local food, should be able to get this rightSeemed like they heated up some 2 day old chicken and mutton salan. Both full of bones and scraps of fatty meat.As for the positive reviews, they are either fake or these people simply have no taste buds!Pathetic!

Very good food specialty kabuly pulao,mutton handi and karahi,seekh kabab beef and chicken,fried fish these all things except Handi and karahi also included in platter with the addition of batairay roast (quail)

We were a group of 12 people and had a very bad experience. First off they forgot one of the items we ordered and had to remind them and wait more. Second as we were having dinner we found a cockroach in the food. The manager just keep started apologising and refused to share the owners number. I am also going to register a complaint against them at Pakistan food authority.Do not ever consider to have a lunch or dinner here.Also attached screenshot of cockroach as proof.

Habibi is a great place to dine. A great environment for families. Food was good and tasty and hygienic. It was quite expensive, they have raised the food prices. Its still cheaper to a few, it makes sense when there is super inflation across the country for years. They dont serve tea or peshawari Qehwa..

They are making money from their name. Food quality very low and Prices are very high. They are charging 200% extras on cold drinks and ill mannered Staff. I dont even want to give them one star, but I have no choice.

One of the best places in town for desi food. The BBQ platter is an absolute must have. Chappal Kabab is so soft and juicy. Even better is the smaller Chappal Kabab that comes in the platter. Fish tikka is really, really good. Mutton handi is generally very good but sometimes not so much.Ambiance is nice, particularly in the family hall downstairs. Theres a place to sit on the floor with cylindrical cushions (gao takiya) to lean on.Price is a little bit on the higher side but value for money.

A neat and clean restaurant with educated staff.Its barbque platter is best, mutton namkeen tikka and shinwari karai are also good.But peshawri qulfi and afghani pulao are worse in taste on my 3 consecutive visits.One more thing, people are not allowed to enter from gate without a mask, and no one wears mask while dining in, because no one is told how to eat wearing a mask. This SOP is difficult to understand.

Hababi plater is famous.Its included rice chicken BBQ and seikh kabab with riata they offer.Rice are to much tasty.

Ordered Chapli Kabab, Chicken Karahi and Kabali Pulao. Everything was fine but with the passage of time, it has somewhat lost old taste and quality of food.

Food is excellent but customer service is literally pathetic . The waiters take an hour and often forget your request . Manager was also rude in handling request and payment via card option

Habibi restaurant in I-8 is certainly famous for its typical Habibi barbeque and kabuli pulao. It opens at around noon time and kabuli pulao is available from 12 oclock onwards. It has indoor sitting area while there is a waiting area outside for people looking for takeaway. During fish season fish is prepared outside as you can see in the photographs.

The restaurant was under renovations. Food was just ok. Looks like they have lost the touch with mutton leg. Staff was casual. The atmosphere needs alot of redo. There was food smell(not a good one like rotten food) in the air. Needs alot of cleanship. Overall didnt enjoyed.

Good food and very cooperative staff. Memories associated with this place. One thing they are bad at, they always hv excuse for not accepting payment via Credit Card.

Afghani pulao is good. Havent tried other options as I saw Afghani pulao, I couldnt pay more attention to other items. The preparation of dish takes time. The seating is nicely arranged.

If you are in islamabad and want to try the taste of peshawari food than this chain of resturant is not a bad option.. but if u can drive couple of hours and try food in peshawar you will find that your driving was worth it.

Lovely ambience. Food was reasonably priced and there were plenty of option to choose from. We ordered platter ,it was delecious and the order came in time. Food quantity was sufficient. Bathroom was clean. Parking place is also quite large. So, i recommend this place for food lovers.

In starting Habibi Restaurant I 8 was good but with the passage of time the quality of it,s standard is low day by day. The wait is more painful here they says only 25 min for your order but some time they take more then half an hour. If you want quick bite this is not the place. But food is not bad their cook are professional. When you have to spend time with friends and you are not shot in time do visit this place.

We ordered BBQ half platter, the food was really good, mutton ribs, Malai boti, quails, a variety of kebabs, everything was cooked to near perfection.The best part was service, and although the hall was almost full, we got our order well within 15 minutes and waiters were readily available.

Good place for tasty treats at the heart of I-8 Markaz, courteous staff.Hygiene is so so. Chappli kabab, kabuli pulao, fresh roti ,Chicken Karahi are recommended.Crockery is best t old fashioned Although clean, but there are number of new colours and designs available in the market, I would recommend the owners to take this piece of advice into the account and make it look more attractive for the betterment of their own business.Sitting is good but still there is room for the improvement, lighting needs to be improved as well, toilets are okay. Their platter is very famous and have variety of BBQ items served with rices. 4 to 5 persons can easily eat small platter.Apart from it a lot of menu options are also available here. Some Chinese dishes also served here but they are famous for their Bar B Que.Place is neat and clean, good for families, liked their service as well.They have many branches in Twin Cities i.e Rawalpindi and Ispamabad. Service varies from branch to branch.Recommended .

I had been visiting this place since long but never liked the quality of food. I think the managers have no priority what so ever to look after the standard of food they offer to the customers. I will not recommended this for taste lovers. Though it is a place you can order Pakistani food but quality, taste and standard is not guaranteed. Family hall is also available along with a park-ypur-own facility outside the place.
