Decent restaurant. I visited for a solo Sunday Brunch during COVID-19 times. Hygiene and cleanliness was fine, waiters were wearing face masks but no sanitisers on the tables.The French Toast was okay, but not great - a bit dry in the middle.Spanish Omelette was nice and fluffy / fresh so enjoyed that.Lassi was okay but enjoyed the lemonade zest.Ambience was fine although a bit dark.

This place is like a daylight robbery. Youd expect a 200Rs. cup of tea would be something special, but its just a small cup (not even large) and very ordinary taste tea. Expensive parathas are like normal home paratha. Omelettes were big but still 3x the cost. All in all, a terribly expensive breakfast place. Avoid, or youll repent after tasting the food and will feel even more regret when you see the bill.

I am coming here since almost 8 years now. I dont think, I ever visited any place in Isb as much as this. It never disappoints. Reasonable prices, best for breakfasts and evening teas. Although, dinner or lunch variety is limited but still always well made. I have tried some of the best various teas here, taste of heaven is highly recommended. Suitable for family and friends gathering.

We visited Islamabad for some official work. After it was done, we decided to have breakfast and chose this place. I had a considerably good experience. I’m not always thrilled at new places due to some or the other reason but this one was different! Food was delicious! In particular, the French toasts are awesome here!

Very ordinary food and quantity viz a viz price was not at all worth it. We ordered a grilled chicken and cheese sandwich and a club sandwich and it was very ordinary in taste and quantity. In dessert we tried the waffle with ice cream which was a sheer disappointment, quality of ice cream was not at all up to the mark and of low quality and waffle was just a soft roti in shape of waffle....... Icing on the cake was the service which was also below average......

Waiters never listen you. You will have to wait and see their faces to come. I found their food fantastic and waiters attitude so rude. They just keep running here and there never listen you their waiters need international training how to serve. Nobody speaks English

I had a very unpleasant experience coming from London I knew this place had amazing food unfortunately I had to leave this cafe hungry and go to the same branch in Gulburg green just to get decent customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this branch..

They are taking excellent care of corona SOPs.Allowing only limited number of people for dine in, bringing in disposable menus and what not. They have increased the prices but overall, as always, excellent experience!

3.5 stars! Chaaye khana is like the go to cafe in islamabad (their F-6 branch). They used to be much better initially so they need to up their game again (while not increasing prices any further!!). The thing with chaaye khana is they have something on their menu for everyone. Low priced items, high priced dishes, a good range to satisfy the dessert cravings, something for the Desi in you. I love their ambience, but the prime reason I dont like going there is the loud music (although they have a great playlist all the top coke studio songs) but the music.is supposed to be background music. They play it so loud that everyone has to speak up, and when filled it like a machi bazaar. Just off putting

A bit pricey but the taste is on point. Everything from nutella french toasts to doodh patti tastes great and the quality of food products is premium.

This small place is really likeable and offers a nice breakfast in the morning. Menu is diverse but price is a bit on the higher end.

Chaye khana always makes you feel like youre at home.

If you are a breakfast person or simply can have egg at anytime of the day or have a sweet tooth! Then head down to Chaaye Khana. My go to is always their Pakistani omelette with 2 turkey slices, beans and a sausage on the side! Their Chai/ Tea ️ is always served nice n hottttt!Their staff is always courteous and the service is very prompt ! One of the best places during the covid, as they are strictly practicing the SOP’s and keeping the table distance by more than 6feet! Love this place for breakfasts Their manager Taimoor and Abassi are always awesome. Thank you to the team

I ordered Fish and chips, apple juice, club sandwich, khagina, paratha and garlic mushroom on toast.Fish was pathetic. Too oily and its crisp was detached from the fish body. Bad experience with oiliness. Taste was ok as you would expect from a pricey item.Garlic mushroom was good.Club sandwich was too expensive given the serving amount. Four teeny tiny pieces of sandwich. Plus it was tasteless. I didnt see chicken in it either. Too little gobi as garnish lol.Khagina and parathay were excellent.Service wise, it was far behind other restaurants. We were seated under the skylight. You had to ask for plates, and then ask for fork and spoons separately. I thought they were provided automatically. Chaaye khana was better before. I would blame their training policy if they have one.Improve it!

By no means its any good for coffee. Its a hotchpotch of various cuisines. Over crowded and cheating staff that once stole my PKR 5,000/- The owner lady is will ill mannered. Nothing original about it. It booms in business because mostly Pakistanis who go there are such who have limited, poor, or not enough high society international experience thus they like bit of this and that. For example their cheese omelette has the cheapest white cheese but its being devoured. Everything is greasy and unhealthy.

Best breakfast in Islamabad.We visited Islamabad for 4 days and all 4 days had breakfast here.Very good quality breakfast. Atmosphere is also good. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended for food lovers.

Wonderful place for breakfast!I have had many breakfasts in my life but Chaye Khana has its own level. Their parathas are just out of this world. Chicken strips are also very good and their french toast is the best in twin cities.Environment is overall very good.If you are planning to celebrate someones birthday there, they dont play birthday songs :p

The best part, they serve free tea on Tuesdays for women. Their playlist is very nice. The whole ambiance is very warm.Their waffles, chicken strips and red velvet cupcakes are must try!If you’re there for breakfast you shouldn’t leave without having mushroom toast.

Went to this place after a boycott of a year only to find out they havent changed. They play music as if the guests have come to a shrine. Despite repeated requests, the music was changed but yet again shrine music. I am never going back to this garbage place again. If they cant listen to their customers, they dont deserve any business to be given. I could barely hold the meeting I was at and we left immediately after gobbling - not savouring - our food. Shame on their management and staff.

Had a breakfast last Sunday while staying in Islamabad with family. Its located in the main Super Market F-6 Markaz area and the location inside and outside is the major factor to choose it. We had their Cheesy Omelette, meetha paratha, aalu paratha and tea. The food quality was good overall. Environment was really awesome. The big minus point is the price which maybe because Islamabad and specially F sector is too expensive in every manner. Good experience overall.

I generally dont go to restaurants during rush hours but today was a bit late; thus landed right at the rush hour 10:30 am Sunday. We ordered red velvet pancakes, regular pan cakes, mexican omelet, spinach omelet, cream mushroom toast and tea.Taste was all good dont class Chaaye Khana as excellent now but still its good for any day. Tea came in cups rather than kettle so got cold by the time we took first sip. White bread was served instead of brown and upon complaining the guy never returned.Anyways overall ok experience today, damage was 2800/- PKR . Recommended to go during non rush hours.

Excellent option for breakfast with reasonable prices. Its a heaven for tea lovers, as a long list of tea specialities are included in menu. A reasonable place to sit and chat, while a little wait may always be encountered. The staff is usually efficient but at times they seem to not handle the full house efficiently. Once, I faced repeated presentation of dirty utensils but I hope thats just a one time observation. Overall, an excellent experience.

An upscale eatery. Stopped here on my to Murree here for breakfast. And it is was nothing short of robbery. 320 for your usual omelette. 125 for regular cup of tea and so on. Stay away here from here if you do not have a rich father or penchant for wasting hard earned money.

A good place to have some yummy food in Islamabad, good options from local and continental cuisine and snacks with a variety of Chai. Ambiance is good the food is hygienic and tastes great, youd love the tea and the ambiance there is worth a visit. However I found it to be a little pricier but I guess thats kinda norm for any above average establishment in Islamabad. It is usually crowded in the evening and on the weekends. A visit is recommended if you happen to be in the neighborhood.

Chaaye Khana is a very beautiful, well maintained, decor, stylish,and Ideal cafe. It has a large menu of occasional and fast food. The setup of ChaayeKhana is on the first floor of United Bakerys plaza and left side of the KFC. Stairs are combined with Desi Accent. In front of it, there are sufficient parking. School road leads to this place. Menu is as in photo.

You get what you pay for. We arrived at 4am, no one was there to open the gates. We had to call the hotel and eventually were let in. We then discovered our small family room had a leaking sink. The young hotel staff decided to turn this off and went back to bed when we complained. We literally had no water till he awoke that morning and I brought this to his attention. The next day, the water was cold and the iron burnt my shawl! I receieved no compensation and left paying the full rate. On a positive the beds were comfortable, tea served was nice and there are heaters in every room. The guest house is in desperate need of renovation so before you book just consider these things. If you are not too bothered then its fine.

Im a fan of Chaaye Khana since it was first established in Super Market Islamabad. I used to go there with my friend every other day and we used to take the corner table next to the window. It has great ambience, great food and amazing music.One thing that has changed now is that people talk so loud that it gets difficult to sip on your tea and enjoy old ghazlain. I wish it could revert back to how it used to be in the beginning. It is still my favourite place to hangout by myself if Im alone.

A place worth visit; its fun. You would be lucky to get a place quickly, specially in large group! Chaaye Khana is equipped with wi-fi, user friendly for all kind of meetings. Try it at least once.

They have a great selection of tea varieties. The cakes are so so. Great, cozy environment. Only downfall is, it is always overcrowded.

Ordered a lava cake and french toasts. Lava cake was good but i donot recommend french toasts. They were tasteless and werent cooked properly. Overall its a good place to hangout with friends.
