Great place for Japanese cuisine. We need more restaurants like this in the city. Their sushi variety is delicious however it would be even better if they could offer more pieces in their sushi platters since theyre charging alot.I recommend their noodle bowl deals however since they are reasonably priced and very filling.

Excellent food however the service was slow and they didnt bring the main course dishes at the same time. We hadCRISPY CALIFORNIA ROLL, NEGIMAKI, SALMON SELECTIOM SUSHI and PAD THAI, which was tasty but they can improve on their wasabi sauce.A bit pricey but worth, will recomend to try it out.

This place has a very rustic feel to it...perfect for an outdoor brunch in winters because the direction of sunlight is such that it falls on most seating arrangements and the ambience is pretty great as well...food is fantastically flavorful although they could increase their serving sizes for the wok ur way but thats the charm of fine dining I guess?..All the sauces are unique in their own ways and they really dont taste the same pinky promise!...Ill be coming back for that piping hot beef and broccoli very soon (P.s the staff is super nice and cooperative as well I left my rings in the bathroom and despite calling a day later they were easily retrieved and sent back safely! Kudos )

Delicious [predominantly] Chinese cuisine served in an indoor and outdoor setting. One of the few restaurants in Islamabad that serves Sushi although not the best of the lot. They could really use a refresher on customer experience when it comes to waiting staff that suffers from lapses in minor things - hence the three star rating. Two recent examples; once they served a sushi dish with two pieces short. When confronted, they said that under the new menu the quantity had changed but they were waiting for menu reprints. Second, on a recent order of Hot n Sour soup, the accompanying sauces were missing. I had to ask for them and even then they did not serve the entire platter of sauces and werent apologetic either.

I have trying a lot of places in Islamabad recently, so decided to try this one, to be honest the food is excellent, atmosphere is superb but the service needs lots of improvement as the order was brought in one go despite asking the server to Serve it separately. They also need to train the servers to recommend dishes properly. Price wise the place is towards high end of pocket friendly places but worths every single penny in terms of food quality and taste

So my cousin was watching food blogs and he wanted to try sushi, So I brought him here but it was one horrible mistake i did by bringing him here for sushi.I ordered wasabi prawns as starter. Stinky old prawns with unpleasant wasabi sauce. We ordered Salmon sushi, which was hard to chew with no taste at all. The other sushi we ordered was quite ok.Kung pao chicken was complete disaster with litters of soy sauce in it.Ramen was ok tooTotal damage was around 6000. Which was complete waste of money.

If youre looking for a different dining experience then this is the place to go. The food is also very good and there is indoor as well as outdoor seating.Do try the sushi if you are into such food. Do not try the soup.. Have been disappointed twice in a row by the soup now. Theyve recently added new items to their menu which are definitely worth trying. If youre looking for a good yet different dining experience do try it. P.S. There is a 20% discount on Askari and Alfalah bank credit cards!

Extremely delicious food. Everything was on point. Had the calamari, sushi, dynamite prawns, prawn tempura, chilli wings as starters. Had kung pao chicken, crispy beef, thai green curry and tappanyaki for mains. All the dishes were on point and very well made. The only downside was that the service is slow and the crispy beef was a bit too sweet

This place has opened recently so we took a chance to go experience it. We had no idea what kind of food would be available other than what its name suggested. The place unfortunately is located next to a Baskin Robbins outlet and has no private parking available other than the road side, so finding a suitable parking place nearby is impossible. Next there was a 30 to 40 min wait to be seated and there is absolutely no waiting area other than the side walk and the road. When we finally got seated it was next to an open fireplace and was cozy. The food offered is a mix of oriental and pan Asian cuisine. In starters Sticky barbecued wings were tasty and spicy. Main courses are noodles or rice served with a choice of flavoured sauces and meats or fish of your choice. Finally the food was great and worth all the troubles that came before it. Service was good and prompt. Staff was courteous and helpful. A last word, bring cash to pay the check as they are not currently accepting credit cards. All in all a good experience, certainly worth repeating.

Best wok bowls available in the twins. No one does noodles better than them. Each dish has a distinct flavor, unlike ginyaki (all the flavors are same, spicy content is different only). Their rice noodles with thai curry and prawns is my personal favorite. Bbq wings were too salty, average iced tea and below average iced americano but it’s understandable. Their Japanese teppanyaki is a MUST try. Hands down my favorite dish, such burst of flavors. LOVE IT.

Idk why the bad reviews tbh. This place has amazing sushi, and their rice & noodle bowls are delicate and very tasty. The flavors are authentic and the choices are plenty, along with offering a really good value for money. Spice levels are a bit intense but anyone who likes spicy food should love the experience here. If you’re looking for authentic Thai or Japanese food, they offer something quite appropriate.P.S. service is great, and Covid protocols are in place.

Ambiance is good, even though one sits outside on the kerb. indoor seating is scarce. food delivery time was more than expected. it was compensated by presenting fish crackers, which seemed to be fried in stale oil, and we couldnt take more than one bite and had to return them. thai food is usually spicy, which it wasnt and we had to get it fixed.Good point is that they had disposable chopsticks, which normally south Asian cuisine restaurants usually are run out of.

Very nice place! Good food, good service, nice place! I liked the idea of the large central table where everyone kind of shares the space and eats together. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly that day and the door was directly behind us constantly being opened as wait staff would go in and out. Not their fault, but we werent able to really advantage of the big center table. Ultimately we moved to a booth (only 3 available inside). The food was actually really good, and the sushi was also excellent. We had the shrimp tempura spicy one and it was very very delicious. They also had extremely sweet iced tea, so that was another bonus. Would definitely come here again.

Being a Karachite living in Islamabad, Chop Chop Wok has brought my favourite Pan Asian cuisine to the capital that I dearly missed since moving here. Among their rice and noodle bowls( I personally recommend Brown rice with Vietnamese sauce) , their sushi and maki are amazing and easier on the pocket (compared to other offerings in Islamabad with similar standards and serving sizes)All in all, if you want panasian, you wont find a better place in the capital to go to than CCW

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I had a series of unfortunate events at this restaurant. Apparently the toilet doesnt lock & hence, I walked in on a lady. Ordered an expensive soup, for which arrival time no one could tell. It came in late with the main course, leaving us confused what to start with. The taste of the soup (Hot & Sour) was horrible (No texture, no flavoring). Their policy, for some reason doesnt allow for a bowl to have rice & noodles at the same time (Zero value for customer preference). The portions were extremely small, which left us all hungry. Per head was over Rs. 875 for this horrible dinning experience. After getting out, I had to buy a roll paratha in order to stop being hungry.Genyaki, China Town, etc are all much better than this terrible restaurant. Over-rated and overly expensive!

So the service over here is fantastic. The staff is always around ready to come over if you need anything. Its just something is a little off about the food and I cannot put my finger on it.Ive been looking forward to trying sushi again in Islamabad. Im lowkey disappointed. It just felt it thr pieces were too big and there wasnt enough flavour. This could just be because of what I ordered so it could just be me.The peach tea was a bit too sweet. My friend really liked their chicken option so thats a plus. This is also the first time Ive had tofu and this is probably also the last time. The rice noodles were different to say the least and the chicken peppery.Update: I went back to chop chop wok after quite some time. I don’t like the sushi, if feels refrigerated. The service is what it is, they check on and they’re all nice but I don’t think I need to tell them the food is meh. I also feel very guilty saying that to them.I don’t know why I got something with tofu again, it was even worse this time. The peach ice tea has improved though.

Chop Chop Wok has the best Pan Asian food in Islamabad and its not even close. While other “Wok” options are available in Islamabad, what separates Chop Chop Wok is the diverse menu and original pan-Asian taste.I had the Mixed Maki Rolls (sushi) and 3 Step Wok.The sushi is the best I have had in Pakistan and it’s good to see that the owners know what they are doing. This is one of the few decent sushi places open in Islamabad as we don’t have many options. 10/10The 3 Step Wok comes with 5 or 6 different options of noodles, rice or ramen. You can then choose the taste as per your preference from a mild Cantonese flavour to a spicier Vietnamese or Pan Asian flavour. I had the egg noodles with Cantonese flavour and chicken and was not disappointed. 10/10Other items include the Chef’s specials including Thai green and red curry, Ramen, soupy noodles and pad thai among various options. The Ramen may be an acquired taste for some people. But another 10/10 for the variety of food available.Overall, this was an excellent dining experience. Please be kind to the serving staff if they make any small errors as the restaurant has just opened and these are teething problems.Overall 10/10. Highly recommended!
