Dont buy no property here. I bought one and I was shown to have a park in front of the property and now they will change it to more lots. The Person in charge is retired military man... And he is corrupted

The marketing staff are deceiving the people by misguiding the people. They tell the high rates of plots but in actual it is not the case. Most of the facts they tell to the people are not true.

Buyer Beware, All these comments are from the developer or its agents. All those claims made in earlier reviews have proven to be totally false. Overseas Pakistanis please be careful, you are the prime target for these thugs. They watch the Ramadhan / Eid season when most people are visiting their homeland when developer and the real estate agents team up and fabricate rumours and fake news. They are out there to get you. This development promised the world over a decade ago and charged for the imaginary 1 kanal plots 1,100,000 that included all the development charges. over 13 years later nothing has happened in terms of development and they have demanded almost 80% more a year ago and now they are demanding another 45% in additional charges.Please do not fall for the fancy photos and the website with big fat claims. The fact remains that they have not delivered anything till this date and have asked more than twice the amount for the plots that they sold over a decade ago. You need to watch for few other thugs in the same area that include Mian Zafar, Major Makhdoom, Shahzad Zafar (Mian Zafars son) Muhammad Siddiq (Mian Zafars son-in-law) these thieves have looted billions from the innocent unsuspecting hardworking Pakistanis and have delivered nothing. Their projects were Arain City and Graceland Housing.

Recently visited top city......it is the best investment as development standard is classic. ...they r doing realy hard and ll give possession of b, c and d block before 14th august this year. Rest a block possession ll be given in start of next year....currently they r working on d block....subway work is almost complete in many street and one thing I like the most is there r two seperate pipeline using in subway. One for dirty water drainage and 2nd for rain water. It feels that they r realy working from heart.and abt location no doubt its the best.ur car running on 4 lane signal free plus toll free kashmir highway and u ll reached to top city inshallah till the end of this year once airport road complete. Nespac got the tender and ve the target to handover this road before December this year.
