AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Management and guards tried to rob 5000rs off us the day we were leaving, for so called maintenance charges and electric bill, we were there only for a month and our Rental agreement was all inclusive, despite of mentioning this they didn’t allow our car outside barriers. If you are short term letting at this place, make sure to park your car outside the barriers and then bring your luggage and belongings downstairs when you are moving out so that these lowly people don’t try to con you.

Flat filled with cockroaches. No tv/WiFi, staff extremely rude. I have travelled around the world, never seen such service before.

Lignum tower is the most beautiful, best place for the living of your family. Best environment and all luxury facilities you have search for in the living apartments.Allah bless you with health life.

The towers look good from far away, but as you go near you realize that being cheaper than the market is not always the best thing. This gives almost every type of person an opportunity to rent, buy and live in these apartments. Usually people living here who live here don’t take care of etiquettes. On every window you will see clothes hanging, be it undergarments.. This should be stopped, I believe. Rest, the apartments are quite cheap to rent, especially, studio apartments.

Its is good place for residence for higher class all facilities are available at here .

Adjacent to DHA Phase 2 Islamabad & very close to Gigga Mall. Convenient/ grocery stores, cash & cary, mobile shops, real estate brokers and all basic needs etc. are available at five minutes walking distance. Security gates & guards are available 24/7 which is with mentioning aspect.

I lived in defence residency flats islamabad few months n i.loved this area ...few minutes walk. To giga mall all facilities are avialable near ...beautiful playing area .....nice project frm alghurar giga ..highly recommended to buy flats there its avery gud n reasonable investment .

Neighbors are very noisy specially at nights. Could not sleep at night because of loud music that our neighbor was playing. We couldnt do anything except of just cursing him.

Wonderful residency scheme with complete facilities, entertainment is very comfortable.

Its a nice place to live. The apartments are spacious with a lot of space in living room along with two to three bedrooms with attached baths. It has a big parking lot and the best part is that the commercial plaza is only at two minutes walk where you can get anything for your daily necessities.

The main road to DHA is worst. And over all Lignum Tower is best for living.

Spacious clean apartments of various denominations near DHAI II Gate 2. Covered parking & beautiful mosque adjacent. However, astronomical utility bills & maintenance charges that are hugely inflated specially electricity. Gas only available in a few apartments rest rely on shaky cylinder supplies. Okay for short term but definitely not for ownership or long term.

Great place for living and for livers a beautifull park down under and always a great place for living. flats are good 2-3 rooms are very good idea for living. around 50 lac you could easily buy a single room house.

Good place if you are looking for luxurious and comfortable stay. All the basic facilities are excellent. It is an excellently organized place with a quality service. Back up for electricity is available 24/7.

The building lacks open area around it and the main roads do not have any drainage system for rain. Despite that, its totally fine.

Very secure appartment s. Although we own one . But you can also find one on rent here. There are grocery shops and basic needs shops right around the corner n also a secure parking facility for the owners and tenants. There is gas electricity and water . Security and surveillance 24/7 and proper disposal of garbage through shoots . Giga mall is just 2 mins drive and 5 min walk away. Highly recommended
