Zarkon Heights is yet under construction.It is situated on GT Road, next to 26 No Bus Stop.Easiest access, time saving,, holds a good market value.

This is a very new project coming up in Islamabad, its very well located in G 15 sector, 10 mins from new Islamabad Airport. They are constructing 6 building and a hotel. The quality and design is one of the best I have seen in Islamabad. The only problem with this project is the access from the main road, there is no direct access if you are coming from the opposite side, you have to drive a long way for the interchange and the other problem is the heavy traffic crossing as it is located on the main GT road. Other than that it is a very good project.

Just want to know that these are family apartments? Or for commercial purposes ?

We have buy one flat in Zarkon heights B block. Flat is good but they handed over us after 6 years. Its too late.They are charging us 3300 monthly service charges but they are not providing their services properly.Their staff not inform any issue to our tenants on time. We are very upset for their services. Thats why we buy other flats in Zaraj housing society.

Zarkon Hights

Its an under construction project of 5 apartment buildings. First two buildings are fully sold out rest of the 3 are available for booking. Its a good investment opportunity. The group behind it is strong financially and in terms of previous projects also. One caveat however is that apartments are not in vogue in Islamabad so while they give good value appreciation they are hard to sell compared to plots or houses.

Zarkon Heights is a new addition in Islamabad. Having well managed, and walled society. Mosque. Community center and park is a complementary things attached with. Access is very approachable all the time. It is near to motorway chowk on main GT road. A beautiful project in Islamabad area.

Zarkoon Heights is a new construction of residential flats. Very nicely made, and at a very good location.It all depends how the management takes it further onwards: I have seen many projects which looked perfect just before people started to live in sand afterwards, they were never good.Since, the living has not started yet in Zarkoon, hence time will further decide its standards.

Price is too high, flat design is also not good, does not give a vast feeling, unnecessary curves in walls gives a hotel kind of look, not suitable for a home
