Apartments here are alloted to federal government employees, most of them are rented to families & bachelors. Overall it has a peaceful environment, society is protected by fence, it has a committee & members of committee are elected by the people living here. The main responsibilities of the committee includes security, water management, masjids maintenance and off course to keep the society clean. Most of the places are easily accessible from here, so its a good place to live if you are looking for a rental apartment.

Lots bachelor tenants live here who have no sense of community living.

A reason to live here is that people are peace keeper and apartments are rented for federal government employees aswell as families. However a security guard must be there to lookover.

PHA C type flats are excellently located but the actual construction quality (due to the fact that these are officially FGEHF flats i.e. Federal Government Employees Housing Federation) leaves much to be desired. The environment is good for family living. Rents are considerable for that reason alone.Overall, live here for a well located apartment, but be ready for maintenance related issues.

The place is clean and more organised, ve all available facilities. Important is water is frequent in taps and its clean for drinking as well. The management re best as the supervisor Mr. Asghar is so kind with all.....
