Its government project and nowadays its in running position from last 2 years. Half of the project is completed. Its project of 18 stories and 2500 flats. Its consist of 8 larger building s. The company management having their own camp system, mess system, TM vehicles mobile pumps and also a block factory. Which prepares 9000 block per day. Factory having more capicity to prepare blocks. 5 TM vehicles of 12 m3 and 9 m3 capicity of concrete. Mobile pumps having range of 49 meters and 53 meters. The highest building is now at 13 the floor. The company having own safety staff also.Besides that company has taken another project similar to the above mentioned project. But half of the said project.

How about the possession? They were supposed to complete the target dec 2019 all episodes were submitted then y not yet handed over the possession?u invest such a huge amount to get a home and ends up waiting for nxt generation to take over, like seriously? Dha doing same delays took money and then forget....If in a city like Islamabad they r doing all this non serious attitude what can u expect them for their other projects in other cities??

After khudaadad heights and many E11 housing appartments schemes, These schemes are creating terrible problem for local communities living nearby too much underground water withdrawn from reserves water table even crossed all limit soon getting dry out, whole sector is barely getting 10% water to met their daily basic necessities. Gov.t must think and bring side solution for water table to mantain other wise, sector will marked as water stressed sector ever witnessed in whole pakistan history. Such schemes must be discouraged for the betterment of future generations.

This comes under CDA Islamabad and owned by Federal Government Housing Ministry for retired Federal employees.
