Used to be a good building, despite the location, structure and good design, it deserve the lowest star.Value for money:0/10Rent for unfurnished studio is 39-40 K, 2 bed 45+, 3 bed is 60+ however the services and environment provided are not matching the amount they charge.Elevators: 0/10The elevators are never working. The cargo lifts never work, sometimes for whole building there ll be only one elevator in which construction material (there is always some apartment under construction in the tower), the garbage disposal bins by cleaners, as well as residents all have to accommodate themselves.Cleanliness: 1/10Only ground floor, entrance is kept clean, the rest of place is flooded with bugs, cats, smelly bins, no proper lightning on the floors. The drains have too many bugs which ultimately are found in kitchen and bathroom, no spray works on them as they are all over the drainage system.Staff: -1/10The management staff is the rudest staff ever. They wouldnt even listen to your concerns. This is the reason the residents dont complain much. They are always found smoking in the main office, showing no respect to anyone, especially ladies.Parking: 0/10Parking in the basement is very disorganized and poorly lit. If it rains there is no system of water drainage and basement is full of water. The pipes are leaked and electricity wires are naked.Residents: 1/10There used to be family environment in the tower, but now most of the apartments are offices by some consulting firms, incubators, lots and lots of bachelors and people with questionable attitude are seen in the building.Security: 2/10There are always women and girls wandering in the corridors (maybe the cleaning people on daily wages), knocking on the doors asking for some work initially and the moment you refuse, they ll start crying with a prescription from someone asking for monetary support for the medications.Suggestion: If the management of the tower is changed, the offices are removed from the building, cleanliness is valued, renovation of drains and pipes done, the parking is properly organized with no leaked pipes and open wires, this building can still be live-able.

Used to be a good place to live, but not anymore, the building is full of bugs and insects. Rent is getting higher because the management is renting out residential apartments to business and offices rather than families. Only one elevator is operational while 3 are offline.

Small and medium sizes apartments are available in Al Safa Heights 2. Mostly the apartments are fully furnished and one can move in with little or no efforts. The water supply is managed by the apartment management. The electricity and sui gas is billed by the utility companies themselves. There is little annual maintenance charge by the management for maintenance and upkeep of the exterior. Studio apartments are also available, which are rare in Islamabad.

Parking is bit dirty and sometimes electricity goes down.
