The building is beautiful but they have extremely bad staff all the time they are busy for phones they not respond the calls for customers they dont guide guests and more over they mislead the new tenants for small comission. They will make you visit 10 times but you will not meet the person who gives the rent for this appartments. Bad staff.

An excellent place to live. A bit expansive though

These appartment are located at the good place. G-11.But personally I dont like it because the prices are quite high.Size of the appartment are quite small its not suitable for the large family even 3 room appartment.Now a days the price of two bed room appartment is nearly 2 crore but size is two small just for the two persons. The price of the 3room appartment is nearly 3 crore but size of room is small otherwise these appartment are awesome. All the services are available and staff are corporative.

State of the art construction. A living with all required ficilities.

Good enough till you are living below 7th floor however there should be some security or in/out checkup.

Pros:1. Always clean, the staff is very vigilant with regards to keep all the corridors and gallery area clean at all times. Also they try to keep everything maintained, no fused bulbs etc.2. Ultimate security. You dont need to worry about anything. There are CCTVs and no outsider can enter without providing details at reception. You may even leave your apartment unlocked and dont worry about anything. Alhumdollilah!3. Almost 0 electricity and gas problems. Never have I experienced electricity downfall here. Although they have generators installed to keep the corridors lit in worst case. In winters I have experienced close to 0 gas problems.4. The staff is quite cooperative. They would come to help you in case of any problem.5. The building has its own water filtration plant in the basement. So you can just fill the drinking water bottles for your household.6. Secure car parking is a great plus. You dont need to worry about you car, motorcycle or cycle whatsoever. The parking lot is very private. No one can enter except the residents.7. First class elevators are installed power by generator backup. They keep them maintained, always.Cons:1. The construction of wood material and tiles are just ok. They look very beautiful and robust but underneath the tiles there are hollow spaces. The tiles can get a hole or break away if anything heavy falls on a weak spot accidentally. You can check this upon knocking the tile and seeing the difference the sound. Same goes with the wooden doors. They are made up of more hollow layers than wood filling.2. Kitchen tend to accumulate more smoke while cooking. The whole apartment might be filled with smoke if you dont manage to upgrade the exhaust system.3. Theres no barrier between the drawing room and lounge. It might look spacious but it becomes a problem when there are guests. Curtains alone dont help especially with the sound crossing over. I cant understand why should this have to remain empty. There should be have been some kind of sliding door or something.4. The sanitary in apartments is just ok.5. You might need to install more lights in rooms. Only lounge, exit corridor and the drawing room have proper lights installed.6. The paint job done by the management is just a formality. Not professionally done at all. You can easily see brush strokes etc. You might as well experience moisture destroying the walls at some places.7. Cupboards are very small. Theres not much space to keep your clothes. Youll have to manage with this. The overall storage space is very less.8. Wood work in the kitchen is not good at all.9. The apartments are very very pricey with respect to what they are providing.

Very bad experience I have in this Residency flats, the management team is too much lazy, if I ask for a task I have to repeat that 2 to 3 days with harsh words, then they move for doing otherwise no action.

Nice and peaceful apartments. They are clean and spacious. The folks in their office who you have to deal with for rent are super annoying and stuck up. They dont show any flexibility whatsoever. They also demand two months security whereas one month security is the norm.

I booked a property at Warda Hamna Residencia- 1 and it seems like a dream come true. The beautiful location, the stylish look of the house, the design and spacious rooms makes it the perfect choice.

Nice clean place but no proper guest car parking area

Ddnt enter inside but from outside its looking great.

Acceptable apartment concept with no frills finish but nothing exceptional. Seems overpriced and cramped but from the outset, its pretty secure.They dont allow single individuals to rent, so families only. The location is next to a mosque, so thats great for walking to the masjid for fajr Salah.They have backup generators and gas lines as part of the package.
