The tower is at good location but the lifts doesnt work sometimes.

A very good place for residence. You may buy or rent apartments. Studios and 3 bed apartments are available. I like the place for its security, peace of mind and cleanliness.

Quite Economical and Excellent Locale

Corridors and elevator need better management, latter quite rickety and not kept clean. Entrance was blocked by cars which should have been parked elsewhere.

Pathetic car parking.
