This is residential place with best parking and green backyards with each building. It is recommended place to live with peace in central area of the city near express way and zero point.

I visited PHA G-8/4 for 9 years these are two bedrooms, one kitchen, one TV lounge, one drawing room and two bathrooms small flats

Nice place to live for middle class families. Not highly recommended for singles since there are restrictions from flat owners and families are all around (you have to sober all the time).Mosque is here, markets are accessable and security is good.

I do not have my own experience to love in these flares here but met some of my friends living here. Over all services e here in is of acceptable level

PHA Flats situated in G-8/4 were constructed by Pakistan Housing Authority PHA, for government employees. However, the allottees subsequently sold these Flats to general public. These flats have resolved the residence problem of many people of Islamabad. Markets are not far away from here. Mosque is also here in these flats which is maintained by the residents of these flats. All prayers including Jumma prayer are offered and people outside flats also offer Jumma prayer here. Security arrangements are good. Security guards perform their duty on main gate. Nice place to live in.
