Very stably constructed apartment block with 4-bed and few 2-bed apartments. Average price of each apartment is on par with the market. Though there is no armed security, no incidents have taken place to warrant such. Though one needs to prove identity at both entrances. Car parking is limited to 1-2 paid spots per apartment.Apartment plans are spacious but front rooms have poor ventilation. Doors are cheaply made, thus, sound from other rooms are not blocked effectively. Especially sound from the lounge is particularly disturbing with many people around or with the TV on.Some apartments are now developing issue of water seepage from their bathrooms to the apartments below, requiring relaying of tiles. Some responsible owners have done this but most are hesitating due to the cost involved.Only one lift works and that also requires a pass card. The pass card can be made for Rs. 500 each to up to 3-5 per apartment.
