State of the art project and very well built.In house playland and very well built and maintained zoo next to the building.Located within the secure perimeter while having all the daily necessary facilities around.Quite and peaceful.Love the place.

Very beautifully designed mega structure. Including shopping malls, food courts, restaurants, playlands, offices and multi sized residential flats. Surrounded by extremely beautiful B17 Multi Gardens. With lush green gardens, parks, wide roads, extra ordinary mosques, and comfort creating sound infrastructure. A really affordable luxury place to live in.

Very well developed... big shopping mall not all functional at the moment... largest inner games themed park... parking available... pretty cool place but will be great when all of it will be operational...

Located in Multi garden sector B.17 this is one of the high rise buildings with 15 floors.First few floors are shops and rest residential apartment. A very play land named yo yo has been established here which is receiving great rush bcz its the only one the surrounding areas .

Good and easy to pay future investment, Insha Allah. The Yoyo Fun Land has started functioning. Its a great fun land for kids and the biggest one in Islamabad. Possession of shops is going to start for those who have made the full payment. However, some extra payment is being demanded in the name of HVAC. This has overburdoned the customers because it was not required as per the original payment plan.
