Its class.....best multistory building experience in Islamabad...... This place is calm, neat....and a great living experience

Its a very comfortable place with plenty of amenities theres a gym which cost 5000 pkr a month with 3500 pkr for registration. Registration fee is honestly just to make money off of you. There is a coffee shop +restaurant also on the lower ground. There is a basic shop also on the premise can buy coke and chocolate and small food items and soap for dish and clothes. PLEASE FOR INTERNET GET JAZZ. ZONG DOES NOT WORK IN THE BUILDING I MADE THE MISTAKE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO. Other than that continuous hot water, electricity, central cooling and heating. Of course plenty of security... But this being a high society building people arent the friendliest and most think they are hot stuff.

It was a terrible experience. The entire flat flat was dirty. The kitchen smelled so bad. The bedsheets were used and not fresh. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone!!!!

Had great experience while living in Silver Oaks luxury apartments F-10. Amazing with superb location, located in the heart of Islamabad. Secondly the Centaurus shopping mall is very near to this residential apartments. All the facilities are here inside the premises including the gym,restaurant, grocery shop.

One of beautiful and clean apartment of the Islamabad, near F-9 park . From where you can see the standing view of Islamabad. You will also find well managed security and other systems here .In a walking distance , where you can find F-10 super market , all the necessary and leading brands are also available here .Currently , in the neighbour of this apartment an another apartment is on the way to construct , may be near in future , the area will be messy and untidy but we hope that other apartment management will take some necessary step to manage coward.

Silver Oakes Apartments are located in F-10 Markaz near main roundabout. Built with very good idea to meet the residential requirements of those people who want to live for short term for business, education or job and want to live in a compartivly decent place, they choose to stay here. Provided with all services and security, the administration takes care of the building, tenants and provide parking as well.

You can easily book a room in Silver oaks for ***** . Their building is full of drugs of Alcohol. Not a good place for a family.

OK, I finally moved out of Silver Oaks, where i enjoyed wonderful view, security and uninterrupted electricity. However, what I did not enjoy is the bills I got for all of that. Last month bill I pad was 57k +! Back in January when I did not use the HVAC at all, I was till charged more than 30k. Now that I moved out, the security deposit is still not being returned, and the management says they have nothing to do with that that is between me and the agent. OK! And the bill for the last 15 days, when I was NOT THERE MOST of the time comes to more than 50 k!!! Please be warned, the Silver Oaks management will shamelessly overcharge you, and then they will not facilitate smooth hand over. It is very very disappointing.

Bills are alot higher one can find many other better places in Islamabad than this and management is very pathetic i would say only trying to take out as much cash from you as they can .Strongly not recommended. Yes if you are a rich lad and have a lots of money to waste go away ... place is good for living security and views ...

Horrible management, watch out for neighbors who host parties in empty apartments. I have had residents party to 6 in the morning and come knocking on our door without warning. Asked them to quiet down and was threatened and these were not expats.

Parking gets flooded. AC dont work mostly.

Please be aware that the management personnel is headed by a certain pretty dodgy Shiraz in sales and marketing and an unreliable Ijaz in maintenence. Makes sense to advertise and purchase privately.
