Application submission Procedure requires only half hour if you have already uploaded (scanned) your documents. Please reach 20 minutes earlier before your appointment. Very good environment and friendly staff.

VFS should provide bag or luggage collection point for all its visitors.. it may be paid or free but the security of belongings must be arranged.if A student brings a bag with his documents alone and they wont let him enter. People outside the VFS would charge him around 150-200 for keeping it even for 5 minutes with no security.

Staff need to be more considered as most people there for first time, confused about papers & process. Sraff should treat each & everyone with same respect & help as much possible.

Impossible to contact for any required information and/or update. Emails fail to deliver, landline & mobile contacts not working. The access is like getting in to or looking to meet the most important persons in the whole world. Some staff are simply rude & useless. 100% disappointing.

Bad news:Visited today. For those hoping to visit to process visa etc will be disappointed. Except for a few countries including Turkey, majority e.g Australia, UK staff of VFS have not opened since March (start of covid pandemic).No response on email. Given numbers do not work. Be careful before you waste money starting the process. I hope they open soon. Fingers crossed

I have applied for my Parents visitor visa (600) for Australia.Could you please tell us that how long does the biometrics process take on the day of appointment? Will they be able to get health and biometrics on the same day? They are getting the health exam time around 11:30 to 1:30pm. Would they be able to get to VFS GLOBAL for biometrics to get them done after 1:20pm on the appointment day?Your kind reply is much appreciated.ThanksAwait reply

This place is pathetic. There is no shelter at all. No water. The path is pathetic. In summers with fasting, people are being tortured. Hate their arrangements.

Good service but the parking facilities are not good enough. A kacha parking is available where there is lot of mud in the rainy days. It should be mettled at least and proper in/out exists should be provided.

No website will tell you that photocopy of even national identity card or visiting card will be accepted just on A4 full size paper....Gerrys will cost you 20 per photocopy...so prepare every photocopy on A4 paper ....

I took my wife to collect her passport on Pakistan day after receiving a message from them. They wud not answer phone and when they did, they put it back down. There website was showing it to be open. We thought may b they r so busy that they cant answer phone. After driving two hours there gaurds told us it is closed. The gaurds told us that many people had come before us only to b turned back. These people r so unprofessional and inconsiderate I dont know how these people sleep at night. There is no body accountable like the rest of Pakistan. There r touts outside promising people that they can fix visas for them and ripping people off.

Parking is bad specially in rain. Process inside is good. There shouldnt be segregation between high paying and normal customers

Staff are not good.they are misbehaving,using harsh words ,asking for money.they all are crupt specially madam Sobia and one guy with long beard in the upstair office for Italian legalization.

Pathetic service (both the online and the Islamabad office) as i experienced in May-June 2019.Poor management.

They have hold my brother passport from 6 months , we wrote several mails but nothing happened.

Appointment is just a formality they deal on first come first serve basis. Book your appointment before going because they charge for walk in interviews. If you are late dont worry just go same day as of mentioned in your booking.

They are ok, but can be much better in terms of services provided, I have tried UAE, France, Oman and so far the worst is ISB

Compared to the old G9 center, its far far superior. The whole process was very streamlined, granted I did pay for the VIP lounge, and finally has a parking where you can actually park and go in rather then taking a driver along to move the car every 5 minutes.

Ve apply visa on 27/08/2019 and for answer maximum time is in 2 weeks but v contact with home office at Liverpool they make decision in September and send back all documents but until now vfs did not contact with us also v have paid priority service it’s four days half month now

Good facility by Gerry Danata.Must take online appointment before visiting or otherwise you would have to pay double fee, which could be almost 5000 to 10000 PKRs per case.Take all necessary photocopies and prints with you, they have printing and copying service but it is as much costly as upto 800% of the local market. Only one attendant is allowed with children candidates.

Generally good but security guards act like visa issuing officer not V helpful if you are with somebody on the wheel chair,I had to show him disabled sign suppose to facilitate disabled people on there site management have tried but these guards ruin there efforts.

Very poor service, no respect ro pre-booked appointment for schengen visa. They will just serve you one first come first basis leading processing time upto 3 hours.

I was there a few days ago. Easy to find and had a driver who stayed in the car, so no problem with the parking. I was there for family visit to Norway. The reason for the very low score is:- they asked for papers that were not asked for on the site norway.no for my application (asked for FRC and how can you prove your xxxx is daughter of xxxx, how can you prove she is Norwegian citizen??? I replied it was proven due her passport and POC) several questions like this.- the clerk apparently thought she was working for the Norwegian government as an agent- I forgot one document and they told me to bring it the next day, which I did. And guess what: they had already forwarded my case, so I was asked to go on norway.no and find the email I would have send the document to, myself... in other words: I traveled from far away to their office twice, when they actually should NOT have forwarded the incomplete application OR just given me the email to the Norwegian embassy in Abu Dhabi (which handles all cases from Pakistan).Poor service, nosy people asking questions they are NOT entitled to ask and actually do NOT have to ask.Feel sorry my embassy, which is using this incompetent company.

I went there for Canada Visit Visa Biometric Enrolment. There was seperate portion for Canadian visas. Big and organized parking was availabe. Process was smoothly done. My appointment time was 9:00 AM.I came out at 9:45 AM.

Be careful guys. They are cheaters.Charged my parents 12K for two applications and forced them to go for premium lounge. Despite arguing with the security office multiple times, he did not agree and forced everyone to go for premium lounge.I am writing UK visas as well of how they are cheating the innocent people of Pakistan.Pathetic to say that our own people are cheaters and we blindly trust them.
