Worst staff and customer care services. they didnt even bother to tell to receive your card or cheque book. my card was expired in june and still not received yet . even they block my accouont before the deadline for biometric.worst experience in any bank i faced .

Worst customers services. Walk in customers must avoid to waste their time here. The account holders have to bear this non-professional attitude until they take a good decision for themselves to find a good banking partner and switch over or pray for a positive change. Cash counters are as slow as a walk of aunt. Waited for my turn for half hour and finally found that only 3 customers were entertained during this time. Even NBP cant match to such a worst services. (This review is only for this specific branch)

Cant even find their contact info on the web. And the contact center seems to have the obsolete info.They need you to come all the way to them even if it was their mistake!!!!Worst policy ever!!!
