Subject : Complaint against Hospital StaffDear sir,We have been faced with worst attitude from nursing staff of Care Plus Medical Center.We were admitted two days ago in gynea ward. The nursing staff behaviors were intolerable as they were consistently urging for treat (cash and sweets). Upon refusal These were changed into a kind of threats. The nursing staff refused to change the urine bag of patient until they are paid. Further, they constantly refused to help the patient in post surgery walk.It has been observed that the nursing staff are expert in blackmailing tired patients.Keeping all these awkwards moments in mind, how can i direct or suggest anyone to treat their patients in Care Plus.

I was out of country and couldnt be there with my wife during delivery, it is the most economical private hospital the rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is really nice and supportive, I must say that I have made the right choice.And for appointments you have to call them atleast 2 to 4 days before because you can not get same day appointment.

Worst hospital. Poor management.They never follow the appointment schedule, mostly u ll have to wait for at least 2 hours. Dr. Nasira and co are just eager to collect as much revenue as they can. They are least concerned with patients privacy as they seat 3 to 4 patients together for consultation. Very unprofessional attitude.Not recommended at all.

Very bad experience in this hospital.Inexperienced staff.My mother got uterus operation and after that she got infection in wound.Dont know what they did.The operation was done under the supervision of Doctor Nazish and Doctor Nasra. (Both are head in PIMS) & running this hospital on part time.She has been admitted to hospital for more than week and its been a month her wound is openWe have spend more than 3 lacs.And My mother is suffering from extreme pain and still they are saying that infection hasnt been cured.Their staff is guiding something Else, doctors are saying something else. They dont have any managment.They are playing with life of people and charging extremely expensive.By this duration I have come to know that they are just recommending C-section to all the ladiesWhich is only to make revenue of the hospital.Please pray for my mother.

Bad experiences, they give me a vaccination card, on which it was printed, that first vaccination have been given, but they didnt gave first vaccination to the child.

By selecting this hospital I made a right choice. Everything went very fine under the supervision of Dr. PROF Nasira . Very down to earth and humble personality

Unprofessional staff no management

Unprofessional staff ...not proper arrangement for patients... no ac in waiting area which cause suffocation. I waited for more than 3 hours. It was my first and Last visit and had weird experience

Very unprofessional behavior.I called for appointment, appointment was booked three days from call. You think appointment will be respected. When I reached there at appointment time, I was asked to wait. Waited for half an hour during which one of the patient was called out of turn, receptionist objected but the lady (probably doctor in Hospital said Madam has called her). I asked half an hour after and I was told Madam is having a meeting.People were waiting more than 2 hours after the appointment time.

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. No proper care, only ignoring the patient as well as disrespecting patients and their relatives. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. No proper arrangement even if you book a private room.They make normal case to complicated by carelessness and prefer to operate. Very expensive hospital regarding care taking. No privacy for patient at all. You pay high for the privacy but Nasira treats 5 to 6 ladies at once even you have the appointment. There are male surgeons who operate ladies. On the time of delivery Nasira goes for lecture or goes to pims. She doesnt stay for the delivery even if it is the time for the baby to come.Moreover, No proper care of infants.Please do not visit this hospital if you want to save your love ones.Thanks,

The concept of privacy of patient is nill as the mam nasira sits along with 3 to 4 patients at a time I AM ADDING SOME MORE POINTS IN MY REVIEW EVEN RESPONCE FROM THE OWNER STILL THERE IS BAD MANAGEMENT REGARDING THE PRIVACY OF PATIENTS. HERE I CAN GIVE Q SUGGESTION THAT MAM CAN TAKE EXTRA FEES FOR SEPARATE CONSULTATION...as she is doing practice of one women ultra sound and 3 other womens are teling her thr own problems bla bla..its totally non professionalism

Worst hospital to handle maternity cases. Shortage of staff and facilities. Even no proper visit and care during delivery time. Its better to save lives of loved one and not put them on death bed in this unprofessional hospital
