It is so sad to see that gyms are offering ladies only facility in morning only, why?Are all ladies house wives? What about hijabis and niqabis who are not comfortable with the co gym and are working women as well, Where they will go for fitness?I think this needs to change.

Good for beginners. Ahtisham is a self-obsessed jerk. Other instructors are good. Best equipment and accessories. If you want good boxing gloves, especially above 14oz, go there. Theyve also got other accessories. Jui jistu and night classes are better. Try to reach 15 minutes before class.
