Its a great place only for their red velvet cake i ordered two tall cold coffee and they are around 800 which is too expensive in this sizeyou can get even more better cold coffee at coffee bean F-6 in much less priceand their croissants was also not good

Youd be surprised. Good medium roast, neat espressos and lattes the way they should be. Much more reasonably priced compared to other international coffee shops. Id also greatly reccomend their Chicken Teriyaki Brown Bread Sandwich.

Good tasting coffee. Their small coffee is relatively big and they serve it in a tall cup which makes drinking easier. Another thing I like about Second Cup is that they show the price after tax so you know exactly how much youre paying.

I tried their candy cane hot chocolate and hated it. But their cakes and other desserts were really nice. I loved their red velvet oreo cake, banana bread loaf, cheese cake and their cookies. The staff of almost every branch of second cup is really friendly and nice. The prices are okay as well, I mean its not too overpriced. A good spot to sit, relax and have fun with friends and family

A best place to be in. Perfect coffee. Perfect bakery items.. perfect desserts. The cookie was just perfect. Balanced sugar, gooe from in side. Crispy outside. A perfect dessert to have.This place has lovely environment and ambience to chill. Definitely highly recommended

The coffee was not bad but the flies buzzing around were not...nor the shabby tables and generally poor hygiene. One of those many franchises running on their brand name and little else. The molten cake tasted very sweet but nothing chocolate about it other than its colour. Prefabricated food products...poor reflection of their Canadian parentage.

Every thing up to the mark! Service, ambiance, people there are so nice. Just the lemon tart experience was a disaster! Hated it!

Latte was excellent as always. But the red velvet cake was a disaster. It was a red thing topped with cream and an overwhelming load of sugar in it.

Food needs to be fresher..tables are too low as compared to the height of the chairs. About the centaurus one..safa is much better

Second Cup at centarus mall is fantastic choice to sit and relax at busy mall in comfortable environment if you really lime the aroma of coffee beans. My favourite place to sit in cold evenings of winter till late night to write my thoughts on paper. You got choice of sofa or chair sitting as per your preference.

I have tried many coffee spots in many different countries. Never has one disappointed me to such a degree. After going to second cup multiple times Ive realised that they have declined in quality to severe degrees.Stale food. Stale to the point of tasting like cardboard.Their vanilla bean frozen hot chocolate tasted like vanilla flavoured cold milk.They never have half their flavours.This place went from my top favourites to bottom of the rung...........Overall.......Would not recommend.

Overall a good experience. Coffee is quite good. the snacks variety is sufficient. Ambience is okay. Location offers a good option if you are not at the food court.one of the stairs between the two main areas was damaged which must be repaired asap and more safety signage should be put arnd it.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Coffee was great as well as the lemon tart. I would not rate the coffee to be the best but its close to starbucks coffee (which is not that super great either)

UPDATE: Ordered two of their froze hot chocolates, both the drinks had small pieces of plastic bag in them. When i complained to the staff the only hing they did was offer a new drink. The standards have gone down recently. Avoid this place if possible!Although the place is nice, safa gold mall has more sitting arrangement. The coffee is well priced but the brownie is total dissappointment.

Its the fresh coffee-aroma that gets me everytime. Id like fresh fries with my chicken wrap, but potato chips are fine too. A great experience overall. Skip the quiche.
