Everything here is what you find in any other cafe except the chocolate part. Their dark chocolate is amazing. Outdoor seating is nice as it is away from the main road and is hidden/covered nicely from the fuel station side.Went again for breakfast. Ordered the scrambled eggs with spinach and mushroom & sourdough. The taste and presentation was average, nothing fancy. The hot chocolate was hot with less milk more water i guess.

Taste and service was very good.We ordered a Philly steak with panini bread.And smoked chicken on a sourdough with spinach and mushrooms (recommended if you are diet conscious).Also ordered mozzarella cheese sticks as a starter which were very much fulfilling.Staff was very cooperative and cordial.And the view during out-door dining on a rainy and cloudy day of Margalla Mountains is ecstatic

Its goodWaiters have some attitude problem as well as status conscious. They deal with you according to your dress. If you have dressed well they will give you more importance.Food was excellent.Good tasteVery well presented.(Food)

One of the other reviewers mentioned that the dark chocolate here is amazing—I concur wholeheartedly. Thats about the only redeemable feature about this café unfortunately. Everything on the menu is quite average and what you would get at any other café in the city. At one point the server accidentally brought out two of the same chocolates instead of the two different ones we had ordered. Instead of leaving both of them at the table and coming back with the other one he had missed—he took the extra one back. This felt very cheap and strange given that the chocolates are quite small (you literally get one little piece) and so they arent exorbitantly expensive. It wouldnt have hurt to just let a customer have the extra piece of chocolate, taking it back was definitely a buzzkil. Id suggest better service and presentation, and an overhauled menu.

Well, it should have been excellent, lets give them the benefit of doubt, of following the SOPs, nevertheless the food was not really up to the standard, serve was very slow.

This was our first visit with friends to this restaurant and we were a bit apprehensive about food choices for dinner. We played safe and ordered a pizza, fish and chips and a club sandwich with lattes followed by waffles with ice cream. The food turned out to be very good though and wasnt expensive too. We sat outside at first but shifted inside due to rain. Pandemic SOPs were being duly observed by the staff. All in all it was an enjoyable experience certainly worth repeating.

Tried their signature chocolate shake, pastas and chocolates. Loved everything. Ambiance is also really great and I love that they have an outdoor space too. Looking forward to going again and trying new things from the menu.

The servers all wear masks, gloves and sanitize their hands. The few customers I saw dining in were seated at some distance. Ill always prefer butlers when it comes to indulging in chocolates and hot drinks, so no worries about the food. Got a hot chocolate and a few assorted chocolates to introduce mom to the franchise. I think we have a winner!

Wouldnt recommend chocolate and berries but chocolate lava and cheese cake were very delicious.

Bar B Q pizza is very good.Chocolate signature shake and Molten Lava cake is their specialty and are best in town.

Ive tried butlers in Karachi and Lahore. Lahore MM Alam road was the worst. Unhygienic and overly baked molten lava cake.They didnt serve molten lava properly here in Islamabad either. The baked garlic chicken pasta was the best, its almost like how white sauce pasta is but with more cheese and flavour and is baked. Karachi(Dolmen Mall Clifton) served the best lava cake out of all three cities.

Great new coffee place in Islamabad which is great competition for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf company a couple of shops down.Authentic tasting coffees and chocolate specialties. Must have. It can get a bit crowded since its relatively new.Give them a break. Theyre still new in town so service will not be optimal in the beginning. Also, remember that you are in Islamabad where the pace is a lot slower than Karachi.

Great cafe and hanging out place with friends and family

So on a wintery Saturday evening my wife and i decided to drive all the way from Dha 2 to F6 Islamabad and try out the newly (not very newly) opened Butlers cafe.My wife had never tried it and only had a shake from Butlers in Karachi airport which is now closed. So we reached and had to wait for like 20 mins during which we sampled a few chocolates which in my opinion were yummy.After watching the amount of people coming in and going out of Butlers for a good 20 mins we were given our table.We ordered the followingHoney Mustard sandwichesPasta au GratinLemon ice teaHot chocolateThe pasta aur gratin was simply amazing but its not for a single person to eat and i feel they should have mentioned thatSandwiches were good. Perfect if theres tea.The hot chocolate was delicious.Lemon ice tea was just ok.All in all it was a good experience but i dont like going to places that are rushy and Ill wait for a few months till the excitement dies down to try other things here. Also they should really add to their chocolate selection since Lahore store has more variety of chocolates

Lovely atmosphere, ambiance and cleanliness. Enjoyable experience from this perspective. Service for a weekend was sub-optional (although polite) and unfortunately I found a hair in my Brunch bowl. . Portions are small but quality good. Will try to go again with a friend.

My dads words: Terrible. Its just the name, environment. For the second time I ordered affogoto, specially asking him to have less ice cream and more expresso. No Sir, two largest scoops of ice cream and a lukewarm coffee. Ive requested the waiter not to allow me into Butlers ever again if I do happen to venture in.

Ive been to butlers a few times now and because its been so crowded I havent gotten the chance to sit down and take pictures and relax. Its just been a hot chocolate run.The butlers signature dark hot chocolate is fantastic. You cant get better than that in Islamabad.The white hot chocolate is awful. As good as the dark chocolate is wonderful, this is bad. So so bad.The mozzarella sticks are great!!!! Theyre the most wonderful things and very consistently good!The philly steak is mediocre and not fresh at all. Dont bother getting it.So the chocolate Affogato is the most weird thing. I loved it the first time I had it but that was take away. However, the thing is when I sat down to have it, the bite was all gone. Kinda broke my heart.

Cant compete to the one in karachi people pay for the environment there, its hard for me to understand why theyre charging so much for their products.

Wonderfull place and excellent environment..

Pros:1. The food is quite good. We had Pasta Au Gatin, utterly nutterly caramel cake, triple chocolate mousse cake and hot chocolate lava cake.2. The service was very good and waiters were very professional.Cons:1. The quantity of the pasta was quite less with respect to its price (990), also the bowl it comes in is very large so it looks quite less in it.2. We went in Feb and the temperature was too warm, we were almost sweating in a single sweatshirt.

Went there on their launch day but the guards did not allow us inside with some rude lame excuse...fast forward next weekend place was overcrowded and too loud for comfort left the place without ordering as there was no one to take order! Perhaps a visit some other day might provide the opportunity to sit relax and eat something...until that time won’t recommend anyone.FINALLY got the opportunity to check it out with family this evening and minus the loudness of environment the taste is awesome!

Good coffee, great desserts and even better savory (surprisingly). The place is expensive and noisy but should visit for the food. Probably things will be less overwhelming after a month or two (cause it just opened up).Follow @sidra.qadeer on Instagram for more food updates.

The one in Karachi is amazing. This one was really bad. We ordered their popular lava cake, vanilla ice cream, and lotus sundae. All were terrible. Quite a waste of money. Hope they can improve. Hot Spot remains the undisputed king of good desserts followed by Burning.Edit: Oh yes my ice cream came 5-7 minutes before my friends desserts came. We couldnt eat at the same time. Weird service

Visited thrice, they were not serving choclates as they ran out due to heavy inflow of customers. Place is bit rushy and youve to wait to get your seat.

Good food especially when it comes to the deserts, really amazing when it comes to the ambience and decor but it falls short when it comes to space and for some portion size is really a decisive factor when it comes to eating out. Its infamous shakes were also a let down but others would say somewhat different, it all comes down to personal preference. When it comes to cafés, definitely one of the better half of those present in Islamabad but well worth trying out especially if youre not tight for cash atm.

5 Stars for Great Food for Good Price.4 Stars for lacking compared with Lahore & Karachi Butlers.3 Stars for not accepting Butlers loyalty card.

I am rating this place three based on one order. The bbq panini they served was over priced and not tasty at all. Same is the case with their green tea. The ambience is good. Ample seating arrangements outside.With heaters for the winters.But they seriously need to consider their prices and the food taste.

Me and my family went to have Hot Chocolate Lava Cake. It was a horrible experience to be there. For a 10 minute order we had to wait for more than 50 minutes. Worst part was when i complaint at the counter about the delay their non apologetic attitude with not having a single drop of guilt on their face forced us to leave. Lastly the manager asked us to wait for 5 minutes and brought our lava cake in coffee cups without proper serving.I am helpless that Google dont allow me to give 0 stars which their service deserve.
