I had ordered couple of donuts, hot chocolate and coffeeI would personally suggest going for the donuts that are filled up as well,as they are deliciouss.The donuts are famous not just in Hyderabad but internationally as well.I would love if they have more variety added and surely the filled up donuts would be remarkable to have a bite off.Please add more on the choco filled donuts with a combination that would add more options to choose from

I had gone to Dunkin Donuts after a long time. I can say i didnt like it here this time.Had Grill Chicken burger combo and Dead by Chocolate donut.The quality has gone down.Burger was not made well.Donut felt like it was old, either a day old.AC was also not working.Would suggest you guys comeback to your old standards as its was very very bad today.

I went in there an hour ago with my kid. Bought three Donuts. Gemmy, Berry bomb and a chocolate one. Sorry but all of them were stale and hard. The bigger problem was the cashier didnt bother to give me a bill for purchase and just asked for 291 Rupees. No tissues were included in the takeaway box. All in all disappointing for a renowned chain. A local bakery would have done better when it comes to customer service.

Donuts are good. But Price is a bit higher. 80 rupees a donut is expensive.

This outlet is located in very prominent location on the main road, easy to locate. They do not have ramp though for wheel chair access. It was disappointing to see that the outlet is not serious with precautions as expected during the pandemic. They didnt had sanitizer in stock although an empty dispenser was kept outside their entrance, no temperature check at the entry gate either. Outlet accept only cash or card for payment. After our insistence, the cashier agreed to take payment through Gpay. Hope Dunkin Donuts will be cautious with necessary safety precautions and digital payment to ensure well being of their staffs and customers.

Hands down THE BEST in hyderabad . Donuts are finger lickinggg gud and they bake a fresh batch every few hrs ... u will not regret it n i lovee them for their quality . Wayy better than what i had in US

The only place which will satisfy your hunger for DONUTS.Service is good. Location is convenient.Parking space is sufficient.Ambience is also catchy.However, apart from donuts (which obviously is the best) the food is not up to the mark so I reduced one star for this.

This place is very cozy, usually not crowded for dining in.They serve the best donuts in Hyderabad.The donuts are in good variety. They are the perfect blend of sweetness (not too sweet, The classic donuts). The other donuts like death by chocolate maybe a little too heavy for people without a sweet tooth.They serve equally tasty burgers too.They are worth the money.

The AC wasnt working when I walked in, the staff werent responsive either. I didnt feel welcomed. The drinks and donut were delicious.

For Us, Donuts ante DunkinDonuts.No matter where we are, we can always count on Dunkin for their fresh, soft and delicious donuts.A donut box also makes for a good gift (Who doesnt loves Donuts?)We especially love their ClassicGlazed. Simply cause we arent into fancier ones with chocolate or any other glazings. Love the fact that they have several combos, and are pretty pocket friendly too.!Their veg burgers are decent and so is their coffee. Were eager to try their new dessert range. Located opposite to city centre square. Dunkin donuts make decntly catches your eye.A look at menu and you will find lot of options Alons with donuts.Their patent menu of donoughts is really awesome. With lot of tasty and yummy varities and options. 3 for 99 and 6 for 199 etc do check out. Requires reduction in cost.I even checked out burgers and nachos. Nachos is worth a try with crispy potatoes.Ambience is very creative.

The Donuts were cold and as if it was refigerated. But the staff is nice & friendly. Good ambience, dine-in is available & social distancing is maintained.

Its a very well known franchise in this city which serves the best boxes of doughnut with different flavours in it and never heard a complaint of its taste which is always satisfying unless you order something you dont like.. Soo this day on the way back to home when ate a lot of junk food but still there was a sweet craving pending in our bellies full of burgers and cokes, soo we stopped at this store and ordered a strawberry doughnut and alive by chocolate which is my fav with a cold coffee. Over all it had a good taste and very fresh and soft doughnut bases with the creamy top layer of chocolate.. The coffe was also very refreshing.. This place have a big interior for seatings and surely a nice place to hangout with your mates with hygiene and freshness..

Dunkin donuts, needs no introduction. One of the biggest donut chains in the world. However, this outlet had no AC on probably due to the fact that its winter now. But the Donuts were pretty good. Unfortunately I didnt save the snapchat I took.Yet to try their signature coffee.

The Donuts are not that yummy anymore. The chocolate/ caramel on the Donuts get all molten but the donuts are still hard from inside though requested the guy at the parlor to reheat it twice. Really disappointed!

My first experience with Dunkin Donuts is bad. Ordered a 3 pack box via SWIGGY. One piece came out so stale and super oily... Yuckkk. I warmed the donuts for 30 sec in the microwave like I always do, and that one donut is hard and the oil is dripping from it.

Its ok place. No priority and premium service. You will have decent atmosphere, they dont care about quality of coffee which you orders. They think that is coffee.

Dunkin donuts are waste in Hyderabad. I have enjoying Dunkin donuts in Bangkok, Uae, Singapore and various other countries. Their the donuts are taste it and bigger in size.Here in Banjara Hills its not.Also they charge 20 rs for a bottle of 500 ml water. The height is that they got the bottled printed 20 for 500 ml.Although the government has been very clear in specifying the prices for the same.Shame

But you can also find a variety of snacks and fast foods along with milkshakes and cold beverages.The seating is quirky and usually calm.The parking space is less, and hence you might want to be careful on busy days if you drive here.The service is quick and effecient.You can also buy DD goodies.Be sure to try all doughnuts. They are delicious.

Though I love Dunkins I had a less than optimum experience in this particular outlet. The counter guy messed up the order and was unaware of the promotions going on and stuff available as mentioned in big big posters in the outlet itself. Prices quoted in the menu were excluding taxes so if youd think youll get a decent burger meal in ₹199 youre in for a surprise. Ambience is quite good and as it was late evening I couldnt try their donuts. Its much more economical to order food via delivery services and getting good offers instead of visiting in person.

Visited this establishment on its overseas reputation. Highly disappointed - they serve donuts warmed up.Why have a donut when you want a puri - would be my response to a warm steaming donut. Quality of food very poor - not value for money. Plus I am going to research if anywhere in the world Dunkin Donuts serve warmed up steaming donuts. Never again.

Awesome place for hot chocolate apart from the donuts of course. But oddly I do find the donuts a bit dry but best out of all the places Ive tried so far, hot chocolates my go-to.

Why do restaurants take customers for granted once they establish themselves in the market. Donuts still have the originality from earlier days but the burgers have lost it completely. No cool drinks available no water bottles available, they dont even have proper glasses for water I was given water in a coffee cup, seriously guys. You guys are an international brand that is now local.
