I am not habitual to eat such food but with friend I have visited KFC and ordered Krunch Burger with chicken piece. The taste of Krunch was average but the chicken roasted piece was good.

A great place to go, Always enjoyed there, the staff is also very cooperative, i love Zinger and chicken pcs

KFC Thandi Sarak HYDERABAD:No internet connection coverage found.Such an immature staff. This seriously they have to look into.No discount on cards available. If they are offering, then QR scan is required.Food quality retains on average.

KFC at Thandi sarak is bustling with young folks till late in the afternoon. Staff is courteous and service is good. Washrooms are clean

Reception staff was amazing. Environment was cool and soothing. Good thing is that they have female staff at front and back in the kitchen which makes the environment friendly

Visited there after many years (aprox: 7-8) still the chicken they provide in zinger broast etc, it contains skin under crunches basically chicken isnt properly cleaned before being cooked which isnt good for health.Staff is good and well trained.In corona pandemic SOPs are been followed from lower staff to customer.Value for money is high priced.

The renovation is good and the place on the whole looks pretty good too. But the issue is quality of the products they sell, especially what they are known for Zinger. The zinger they used to serve, the Zinger they show in pictures is not what they sell in actual, no lettuce, no iceberg and the size of chicken piece has been reduced to the one they serve in Crunch burger. And their official Facebook page, least bothered to reply to customers queries / comments and feedback.

So i ordered a tuesday deal it had 3 spicy burgers. I receive the order and its absolute trash the meat inside was not even meat. It was burnt to the extent of where you couldnt even chew it and it was absolutely dry inside with one tiny piece of cabbage or whatever. My entire night was ruined.

KFC is a world renowned and the first international outlet of Hyderabad. The taste has always been authentic but it seems as if KFC Hyderabad is on a compromise with taste. Crispy Chicken has become too oily and Zinger is not at all the same as it used to be. Arabian rice has lost its taste dramatically and all the dry fruits in it have vanished. Service has also become slow and sometimes unresponsive. KFC must include some more items to its menu, specific for veg lovers.

Very disappointed.I thought people at KFC are supposed to be professionals. After 2 hours of placing an order I called them to inquire about my order and they told me that they have cancelled my order. I wasnt even notified. Great Job Yaall.

Unprofessional staff with no knowledge of customer care and service!

I have been here for years one of my favourite place to dine out in Hyderabad...although they have changed the theme from vibrant red color to this monotonous color and they have also removed my favourite sofas but still this would be my ¹st option to hang out with my friends and family....

Food taste after lockdown reopen is worst did try 2 times both were dry will not recommend anyone to go for like few months still until taste is not the same very disappointed been to KFC royal customer from many years it doesnt even feels like the KFC taste.

Kentucky fried chicken (KFC) is one of the oldest international chains in Pakistan and still they are provide quality burgers and chickens. Ive eaten fried crispy chicken and burgursin many restaurants but KFCbeats them all hands down. The difference is that chicken used in the burgers are juicy and fresh. With the addition of Mighty zingers and other plus size burgers to the armory , KFC has made a mark on everyones stomachs :D KUDOS to KFC! . Hope they keep up their quality

KFC Hyderabad is a good place to visit and dine for light hunger and fast food, but (i) the taste of the food is different (low in quality) than KFCs restaurants, operational in Karachi, the provincial capital of Sindh (ii) Menu of KFC Hyderabad is limited (iii) Service standard is not up to the mark and sales personnel feel shame in responding the customers in the local language, if someone tries to communicate with them in Sindhi language. In the response it is noted, as most of the personnel are prohibited to speak in the local language, which is not a healthy sign, as the majority of the locale, speaks Sindhi language at Hyderabad Sindh

There was no line, customer service was the worst and so was the food, it was oily, salty and had no taste.. The serving size for the family pack was the size of an individual portion. The food was incomplete we had to make several requests for missing food, cutlery, condiments and napkins. I dont recommend the food. I wouldnt give any stars!

Very well located, which makes it quite accessible. Parking in the working days can be a little issue. Staff is quite welcoming. They are quick, efficient and professional.Very clean area with good seating arrangement. Modern Decore and a well designed restaurant. Children play area is also quite new and well maintained.Food is the usual KFC standard. Overall a good experience.

What shall I say more about the world famous fried chicken chain? The newly renovated restaurant has a clean modern outlook and a nice play area for children. The fried chicken and other items on the menu are in accordance with KFC global standards. Arguably the most delicious fried chicken offered in Pakistan.
